May 2023 A lower priced affordable hotel close to the airport. Bare bones, no frills, small and clean. Bed, lights, a stand up cost rack. A sink outside of the bathroom, toilet and shower in one closed room. No toiletries. Nice gym area. It was fine for one night, but no more. If you wanted space, there were many chairs, tables, and lounge areas in the lobby. The front desk was for checking in and out, buying drinks and food all in one space. The shuttle to the airport cost 15 euros per person. It was a mini van. It came on time, and it was a great service to use. Direct to the airport.

Great hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in a number of languages. The room was very nice, and very clean. Services worked well, bathroom was great, shower good pressure. The hotel restaurant had exceptional breakfast with a great selection - way better than we expected. Only downside is the location, being further from Madrid. This is obvious on a map, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Very quiet overall, and there is a good restaurant about a 3-5 min walk from the hotel. 10/10, will stay here again next time we are in Madrid.

The hotel is beautiful. We had a room on the 7th floor. It was quiet and modern. There's little things like hairdryers and shower gel that we appreciated. The TV had Chromecast - for us this is great as we watch a lot of TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. The room took quite some time to warm up... But it did after a few hours (it was bitterly cold in Madrid when we visited). The only thing I would say is that check-in can be very slow and housekeeping didn't leave fresh towels when they cleaned our room, but reception helped with this (after queuing for 15 minutes 😭) But we will return. We loved our stay. 5/5 for comfort, room and staff. Location is great for the airport too.

Our stay was great here, you are close to downtown Madrid and an hour to an hour and half away from Toledo, Avila and Segovia . Customer Service from Monica at the front desk was always great she gave us directions and recommendation of places to visit in Madrid and outside Madrid. Rocio and her colleagues at breakfast and at the bar were great as well. Great cozy stay for a few days in Madrid room was very clean and bed was comfy.

The hotel is simple. The rooms looks unfinished and very very dark. I did not like the lack of lights in the room. We stay only one night to go to the airport but we sisi not like the hotel. On the other hand we had to wait to be able to have breakfast. Not nice. The service is not good and the hotel not brillant either.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
