Was here last week for just one night, but the experience was great. The room was nice but a little bit small (see review of the room). The service was perfect from the very first moment, and the location for me was great, as it was close to my working place. The hotel has a sauna available at every hour. It could not try it, but it's good to have the option to do so. For sure will be staying here again if I go back to Zurich!!

The good: the hotel is very well located, and well connected with transport to the central area, restaurants... In general, the hotel is clean. The rooms are small, but OK for a short stay. The staff is also friendly, The not so good: the pillows are not comfortable at all. They need an upgrade. I also did not like that the room was not cleaned during the two days. Extra: Parking and buffet breakfast are available at extra cost.

Fantastic hotel for a Zürich trip. Slightly away from city centre to avoid extortionate prices, but Escher-Wyss Platz tram stop is a two minute walk (cut through back of kindergarten) and you're at the train station in less than 10 mins. Didn't try breakfast or sauna so cannot advise. Rooms clean, tidied every day. Business Double comes with a tea/coffee making facilities). Mattress & Pillow on softer side - personal preference. Only negatives was room was very warm - radiator was turned off. Climate Control guide advised it was the only way to control and staff had no further control, so unsure. Noise from street also, but this is outside of hotels control. Awoken on Friday night / early Saturday morning to noise of (drunken?) people on street even on 8th floor. We therefore didn't want to sleep with window open despite heat. Also, 09:00 on Monday morning and carpet cleaning (seemed more than vacuuming?) but this was a one-off and maybe in response to some spillage?

:D Clean and comfortable rooms. Fresh towels and linen provided daily. Good location with easy access to tram station, cafes and restaurants. Staff were friendly, nice bar in the lobby. Parking is available at extra cost. :( Room rates were high, and breakfast was too expensive for what it was. But I guess it’s Zurch, and everything is expensive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
