Perfect place to book if you want a less crowded hotel. In less than 3 minutes you can walk from your hotel room to the sea. Breakfast will never be the same once you experience the scenic view of the sea. They are partners with Muchos for breakfast and I super love the food selections. The overall experience with the Boutique Hotel is super b! Things you might need to consider: According to what I saw online they have a family room. The one we stayed at is good for 2 pax max. The room is just enough for me and my mom. I just wished they had an in-room kettle. Comments: some part of the wall in the room we're staying at needed to be worked on but it's barely noticeable so yeah. We'll definitely book here again for our next boracay trip.

I was looking forward to get to this hotel, I thought it was the nicest I chose for my trip in the Philippines and it was instead the worst. The location is indeed perfect, the balcony was really nice and had an awesome view, but we shared our room with a lot of ants! The room was really small and there were almost no spaces to store our clothes, only some area above the bed which was full of ants. I kept my backpack there and realized when I got to the next location that my backpack was full of ants! Now, looking back, I feel that all the photos are from the opening, I saw on instagram that the photos are dated from 2017 and it seems that they did nothing since then to improve the place. The curtains looked like they were never washed… It’s a shame because, as I said, the location is really really good and the view as well, the breakfast was good, the staff was nice…

Absolutely loved my stay over here. Clean n comfortable. Location is dreamy as it's right on the beach and not far from the main road behind. Found the staff very friendly. We asked for a knife to cut the fruits that we bought from out and they offered to do it. It came out looking so so fancy, we were shocked at this sweet gesture. Little things definitely matter.Keep it up guys!

The Zuzuni is perfectly located in the center of station 1 on Boracay Island with access to all the best restaurants, activities and shopping areas of the island. The hotel is beach front and about 10 yards from the coconut tree covered beach entrance and the amazingly turquoise waters of the pacific. We had a beach view room which from where we were able to catch the sunset every night. Aldrin at the front desk was very attentive and always helped us with any questions or requests. Ask the team for anything and they will deliver. I highly recommend booking all your activity and spa needs through the hotel as they make the process easy and they are very efficient with their processes. We look forward to staying at the Zuzuni on our next visit to Boracay!

We stayed at this boutique hotel on Sept. 19-21, 2023. We booked the Pure Wellness Beachfront room and this is the reason why we chose this hotel and this room - It has a LARGE BALCONY with a stunning view of the beach. Please see the photos below for your reference - a photo shoot of the "Golden Hour" (sunset) and a photo walk of the Boracay Beach We had a pleasant and relaxing time. The room was still 4-star, clean, and very comfortable bed. The extra pillows are ++. The manager and the staff are all courteous and very helpful The breakfast was superb and a must-try. It may be a bit pricy but well worth it. Thank you Zuzuni for the 3 days well spent

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
