        We loved this hotel. A beautiful little riad in the heart of Marrakesh. The staff were wonderful throughout. The breakfast was excellent, and the lunch/dinner at the restaurant was delicious should you choose to partake. The tours and spa are a little on the expensive side, but I can't fault them for organisation, and it made our trip that much more relaxing to know everything was handled. I would highly recommend Zwen Zwen, and if we ever come back to Morocco, which we hope we will, we will stay with them again.

        We just went here for our last night in Marrakech dinner and really enjoyed the food. Our server was polite and helpful. The only downside is that their drinks menu was very limited in comparison with other rooftop restaurants that we visited. Otherwise, a good place to dine as it is very well located.

        The nice house shown in the advertisement was served on the rooftop when you ate breakfast, but in reality, you were taken to an accommodation across the street that was different from the picture, and it was small and had a narrow bathroom(room also). Anyway, it was the worst accommodation of my life.

        We loved this hotel. A beautiful little riad in the heart of Marrakesh. The staff were wonderful throughout. The breakfast was excellent, and the lunch/dinner at the restaurant was delicious should you choose to partake. The tours and spa are a little on the expensive side, but I can't fault them for organisation, and it made our trip that much more relaxing to know everything was handled. I would highly recommend Zwen Zwen, and if we ever come back to Morocco, which we hope we will, we will stay with them again.

        RUN AWAY!!! I mean it LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, DISHONEST OWNER. We had book a nice room for our last night there and we had the misfortune to be placed to the OTHER location across the street, but that you will discover only once you arrive on site. Which is not worth your money at all. Tiny cramped room definitely no patio as advertised more like an hostel room than a Riad. Plus after expressing our unhappiness cordially with the owner Bertrand. He first refused to give us a refund, couldn’t give us another so we had to go somewhere else as I don’t appreciate being taken for stupid. While I was waiting at the front desk for my refund (which hasn’t arrived yet)I hear another client on the phone with him in the same situation as us, who has been waiting 5 weeks for his refund. It is now 7 WEEKS and I still didn’t get my money back. Bertrand is a thief on top of being a Liar. You will regret bring your business to him, I guarantee it!

        Terrible experience at Zwen Zwen Riad Marrakesh. Great location, and beautiful rooftop, but that doesn’t even come close to compensating for the bad service we experienced. Firstly, the Riad had us waiting for our keys in the reception for an hour. Afterwards the manager Brahim made a sales-speech of all the daytrip-offers, they had. This speech went ongoing for about an hour despite several attempts of telling him that we didn’t want to buy any of the offers. When he finally agreed to show our room, it was a tiny room - not in the Riad, but across the street at an unattractive house. Our room (which had no windows) was only separated from the busy street by a thin door, so it was hard to sleep as it felt totally unsafe. We tried to talk to the reception to be moved to the Riad - this was not possible at all. After realising we didn’t wanted to buy anything from Brahim, he didn’t bother helping us, or providing any service at all. When we checked out, they charged us an additional amount, which was “local tax”. We had already paid that when we booked the stay, but when we showed them the receipt, they wouldn’t let us leave before we paid the additional amount once again. Terrible experience

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
