        The room was extremely clean and very modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The TV in the room was a smart TV so we were able to cast, which was nice. The only two negative things were that it was difficult to get to the room with my luggage because you first need to go up a few stairs before you get to a second lift to take you to the correct floor and I was unable to check in early.

        I'm thoroughly impressed with this hotel! The value for the price is outstanding. It's conveniently located near the central station, making it a breeze to explore the city's top attractions. The service has been exceptional—friendly and efficient. Definitely a 5-star experience!

        I highly DON'T recommend it. The staff is extremely careless, the management tolerates theft and deceives. I stayed in this hotel with my family on 18-20.12. 2023. Due to the the booking options, we had to move from one room to another for the second night. The receptionist promised to deliver a bed for a child for an additional fee and eventually forgot about it, as a result of which the room was not ready when we returned in the evening tired and had to ask twice and wait while the room was prepared right in front of us. But the most unpleasant event happened when we discovered that our hair straightener was missing after moving to another room. Fortunately, we were immediately able to talk to the people who were staying in our previous room, who told us that they did not find our device and even allowed us to check the room. Thus, our device could only disappear while the room was being cleaned, after we changed it to another one. My pregnant wife informed the receptionist about this, who took absolutely no action for the whole day, as did the administrator. In the evening I appealed again with complaints and intend to call the police, which did not happen only because we were late for the train. Only then did the hotel manager unequivocally hint that in fact our device could have been taken by the staff when cleaning the room (they have two cameras on the floor) and, looking me in the eyes, he promised to send me either it or compensation by mail. He said that our family had sunk into his soul and he wanted to help us. I left him all my contact details and have not received any response till yet.

        Had a decent enough stay whilst visiting Munich. The rooms were okay, a bit dark and the showers could be better. Bed was comfy, restaurant provide an ample choice for breakfast and the reception area is trendy. With a few minor improvements, this place could be brilliant. Just missed the mark in a number of areas, but not all bad. Never had a problem with the staff. They were always very polite with myself and my group.

        My family & I had such a great experience here. Lovely rooms & great breakfast & an overall friendly atmosphere. Housekeeping were great with cleaning our rooms & made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend to visitors in Munich!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
