Yes, you can pre-order duty free products 30 days to 1 hour before your flight’s arrival or departure. If the order is booked less than six hours, unfortunately pre-order discount won’t be calculated.

Can I return the products purchased from duty free?
Unfortunately, you cannot return the product after you have purchased it from duty free.
What is the liquor allowance and age limit at Jaipur Duty Free?
As per the Rajasthan customs rule, you can carry/buy 2 litres of liquor and the legal age for the same is 18 years and above.
Can my duty free order be delivered at home?
We don’t offer home delivery of duty free products. The order can only be collected from the pre-order collection counter.
In case my flight changes, how do I reschedule my duty free collection date and time on Adani One app/web?
In the case of a flight change, you can postpone the collection time and date by 30 days from the current pick-up date and schedule it up to 48 hours earlier. To reschedule your collection, go to ‘Orders & Bookings,’ click on ‘Reschedule’, change the pick-up date and time, and input the flight number. How do I cancel my duty free order?
To cancel your order, go to ‘Orders & Bookings’. Click on ‘Cancel’, state your reason for cancelling the order and confirm cancellation. The refund amount will be credited to your payment source within 15 days. However, in case the order is not collected or you happen to land in the domestic sector, please write to us at support@adanione.com with valid details.
How do I get the refund once I cancel my duty free order?
If you are looking to cancel your duty free order, there is nothing to worry about the refund. Once the cancellation is processed, the refund amount shall be credited to your payment source within 15 business days.
How do I collect my pre-ordered duty free products?
After clearing immigration, visit the pre-order collection counter at duty free store. Show the QR code (received in the booking confirmation email), your passport, and boarding pass to collect your package of goodness.
Can I pay by cash while picking up my order from the collection counter?
All payments are made online while pre-ordering the duty free product on Adani One app/web. Your order is confirmed only on receiving the payment. It is not possible for us to accept cash payment at any point.
Which credit cards are accepted for pre-ordering duty free products?
We accept Visa, Master, and RuPay cards for duty free shopping.
How do I know if my duty free order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email upon completing the online payment. You can also check the order confirmation under the ‘Orders & Bookings’ section. You will receive a QR Code in your order confirmation email. Simply, show the QR code at pre-book collection counter and collect your package of goodness.
How do I modify my duty free order?

Is there a minimum or maximum value limit on the purchase amount of duty free products on Adani One app/web?
For arrivals at Jaipur Airport, the maximum permissible limit set by the Government is INR 25,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only). Please refer to the Department of Jaipur Customs’ website for further clarifications on customs rules and regulations. For departures from Jaipur Terminal 2, there is no restriction or cap on the purchase value amount. However, please check your duty-free allowance as per your landing destination/country of arrival.
In what currency will I be charged?
All credit card purchases are charged in Indian Rupees(₹). In case you are paying in any other currency, your bank may charge you a foreign merchant transaction fee at the time of billing. Please contact your bank for details of such charges.
Can I pre-order duty free items if I am flying on a domestic flight?
Duty-free products are not available for purchase if you fly domestically.
Can I pre-order duty free products on my friend’s behalf using their travel details?
Yes, you may pre-order duty free products through your app account on behalf of your friend. However, please mention valid information of the passenger/passport holder while placing the order.
Would I get a pre-order discount on all the categories?
Yes! You get a pre-order discount on all categories except Tobacco, Fashion, and Electronics.
Can I carry liquor on my domestic flight?
Yes, you are allowed to carry liquor with you on the flight. However, it should be ensured that the bottle should be packed in a LAG/STE bag, which should be a part of your check-in luggage. Also, passengers cannot carry more than 100 ml of any liquid item (perfume/liquor, etc.) on the flight.
The product that I ordered is not available at Duty Free store. What should I do?
If the product you ordered is unavailable on the selected Duty Free store, you are required to initiate the cancellation of the order on Adani One app/Web.
What if my product is Confiscated?
Any confiscation of goods by security / customs authorities can be claimed ONLY on furnishing confiscated report within 15days from the date of order collection.
What should I do if I receive wrong product at pre-book collection counter?
Please verify your purchase at the time of collection and reach out to the Duty-Free Manager if you have received the wrong product. In case of any discrepancy noticed later, please write to support@adanione.com or call us on 1800-572-111111 within 15 days of collecting the order items.
