The Jaipur Airport terminal has a Jio Wi-Fi network that gives you access to free internet for 60 minutes. It requires a valid Indian mobile number to access it. You can also buy a Wi-Fi network for high speed after your free access is over at a minimal cost.

If you lose something on board the aircraft (lost articles on the aircraft are kept with respective airlines), in the terminal or airport buses, please fill out the complete lost & found form on the airline website. You can also contact the lost & found centre located at the terminal or write to us at   lostandfound@adani.com

If you find something unattended/suspicious, you are advised not to touch such an object. It should be brought to the attention of the CISF or airport staff. After security clearance from the CISF, the item will be handed over to the lost & found department.

At present, there are no FOREX counters available at Jaipur Airport. However, there are ATMs provided by different banks.

The parent/guardian of the child travelling alone needs to contact the respective airline to complete certain formalities before check-in. There is a process to be followed for Unaccompanied Minor Passenger (UNMR) OR Young Passenger (YP).

An Unaccompanied Minor Passenger is defined as a child between the ages of 5 and 12, travelling without the presence of a legal guardian or parent. This term is used in immigration law and airline policies. YP or Young passenger is a child between 12 and 15 years of age.  Please check with the airline for further information.

Yes, there are baby care rooms available at Jaipur Airport, equipped with changing facilities and other basic hygiene amenities.

Jaipur Airport offers barrier-free access for passengers with special needs. There are reserved parking slots, ramps & special restrooms designed for their convenience and comfort. In addition, wheelchairs are available at the departure ramp of the airport. Customer Service Executives at the airport assist and guide you during the journey. You are requested to contact your respective airline or the Airport Terminal Managers for further assistance.

In most cases, it is safe for women to travel by air with a normal pregnancy. However, a fitness certificate is required by a doctor, certifying that the pregnant lady is fit to travel by air. Women above 32 weeks of pregnancy are not allowed to travel by air. For further information, please contact your respective airline.

Yes, all international departing and arriving passengers can buy from the duty-free shops. A passport is mandatory for any duty-free purchase.

Medicines in limited quantities necessary or appropriate for the passenger during the journey can be carried. For larger quantities, a doctor's prescription is mandatory. Please contact your respective airline for more information. 

Also, note that passengers are only allowed to carry 100 ml of liquids, aerosols, and gels due to security reasons.

Airlines and airports have restrictions on what you can and cannot carry in your luggage. You cannot carry any item marked banned or hazardous; it could include firearms, sharp objects, etc. There is also a limit to carrying liquids; you can only take small quantities. Most airlines allow passengers with disabilities to take their wheelchairs with them. However, it would help inform the airline about this when you book your ticket. If you have a battery-powered wheelchair, the battery will need to be disconnected to prevent the battery terminals from short-circuiting when you check in the wheelchair. You should report first of all to the check-in desk at the airport.

There is no dedicated public transport available that connects the airport to the city. However, you can always avail the services of prepaid taxis, app-based cabs or autos.

The drop and pickup zones are available in front of the terminal for departure as well as arrival. These can be used to pick up or drop off passengers free of charge. However, there is a charge for parking the vehicle in the parking zone.

It is mandatory for everyone entering the security area to go through the security check and scanner. However, the metal detectors that one goes through during the security check generate a low-frequency magnetic field to detect metal. It is comparable to an electromagnetic field generated by standard electronic household devices. Hence, passing through the security scanner poses no harm to you if you are pregnant.
