Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid till 31st Dec 2024.
2. Use the offer to get 15% off on the booking amount on your F&B order up to a maximum of ₹100 on Adani One on a minimum booking value of ₹600.
3. The discount is valid once per promo per card per month.
4. The offer is applicable on booking made via Adani One on selected F&B outlets across Adani airports
5. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the Offer.
6. Images used in all the promotions or communications pertaining to the offer are for representation purpose only and we shall not be liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
7. The offer can be availed by any new or existing user of Adani One.
8. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer must be resolved with the Adani Digital directly and customer can contact on Adani One toll Free – 1800572111111 & Email – Support@adanione.com.
9. In case a customer pays through Adani Reward Points partly for the order, customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of instant discount only if the ‘Paid amount through card + value of Discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.
10. If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, ADL will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and cancellation charges shall apply
11. The offer will be valid during the offer Period only, which will be at the sole discretion of Adani One and HSBC Bank.
12. Adani One and HSBC Bank retain the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the offer period without prior notice.
13. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
14. The offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed.
15. This offer is valid on all HSBC Bank Credit Cards. This offer is not valid on HSBC Bank Corporate Credit Cards.
16. The decision of Adani One or HSBC Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
17. Adani One and HSBC Bank reserve the right to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entire or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without assigning any reason or without prior intimation whatsoever at any time and without any notice.
18. Adani One or HSBC Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
19. In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any user for the offer, Adani One and HSBC Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on the users in all respects.
20. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
21. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of own volition. Any person availing of this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
22. The offer is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per bank's extant guidelines from time to time.
23. Adani One or HSBC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the user/s under the offer.
24. Adani One and HSBC Bank reserves the right to disqualify any user from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the HSBC Bank Credit Card.
25. Any dispute relating to the offer, or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram only.
26. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adani One Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Adani One and also in addition to the conditions applicable to F&B bookings. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
