Lost and Found Service

You no longer have to worry if you misplace your baggage or belongings at Jaipur Airport as we are pleased to help our customers retrieve their lost items. All the agencies at the airport are directed to deposit any unclaimed goods under the lost & found property. The goods are deposited after duly recording the contents, description, date & time of deposition, and the depositor's signature.

All unclaimed items are transferred to the warehouse post 24 hours or at 9 am the next day, whichever is earlier, and can only be reclaimed by the passenger or by someone authorised by the passenger. The lost property is kept on - as is where is basis. The airport is not liable for any damages to any lost property under its custody.

Baggage handling and delivery at Jaipur Airport is the responsibility of airlines from the point of check-in to the point of collection. If anything is left on the aircraft, respective airlines should be contacted immediately.

The Lost and Found Department is managed by AIAL under our supervision. You can reach out to the duty cell at the airport for the same during working hours.

• Step 1: Contact the Lost & Found Department and submit your details.
• Step 2: The Lost & Found Team will verify the details and revert to the passenger.
• Step 3: In case the item is verified, it can be claimed on producing the following:

• Copy of Boarding Pass/Ticket.
• Copy of Passport / Government ID Card
• A letter filled and signed by the owner with details of the items being claimed.
• Government-authorised photo ID card, preferably Passport / Driving Licence / Aadhaar Card / Voter ID Card.

9.30 am and 6.30 pm (except 2nd & 4th Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays).
