Terms and Conditions

1. Use Code ‘RIDE180’ to get 5% off up to ₹180 on bus ticket booking on Adani OneApp on a minimum booking value of ₹200.
2. The offer will only be applicable on all bus bookings on Adani OneApp/website.
3. This offer is valid for bookings made from March 1, 2025, at 00:01 hrs until March 31, 2025, at 11:59 hrs.
4. An Instant discount shall be provided at the time of booking upon application of the Code.
5. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer available on the Adani One app/website.
6. The transaction should only pertain to the bus ticket category on Adani OneApp.
7. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Adani OneApp Platform and also in addition, with the terms and conditions applicable to bus bookings.
8. Participation in this offer is voluntary. By participating in the offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use on the Adani OneApp Platform.
9. All the tickets/bookings issued to you shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions laid out by the bus operator.
10. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, ADL reserves the right to deny or withdraw the offer to users.
11. ADL is the sole authority that interprets these terms.
12. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the force majeure event.
13. ADL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
14. In case of partial/full cancellation, the refund shall be made net of the offer amount and loyalty benefit through Adani OneApp Rewards.
15. In case of partial cancellation, the entire offer amount shall be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.
16. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
17. ADL shall not be liable for any cancellations or delays by the bus Operators. ADL is a facilitator of services and is not liable to the customers for any cancellations or delays in service by the bus Operators.
18. ADL shall also not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Offer.
19. In no event shall the entire liability of ADL under this Offer exceed the Offer amount under this Offer.
20. By opting for this offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable nor responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that the Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s act of omission or commission.
21. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
