The booking for Skycap porter Services is not transferable.
How do I cancel/reschedule the booked porter service and are there any cancellation charges applicable?
No, there is no provision to cancel or reschedule the service.
Do you provide a wheelchair / baby stroller?
No, we do not provide wheelchair or baby stroller.
Can I book a wheelchair for Skycap Services; along with porter and is the W/C chargeable?
No, we don’t have the wheelchair services for the Departure/ Arrival guests.
Does Skycap Service fastrack the airline/airport processes?
No, the skycap service is only to assist guests and all processes are to be completed as per defined processes and applicable laws.
If I have a connecting flight from different terminal, will the porter help me to switch the terminal and assist at the second terminal as well?
Skycap services are only available and applicable for service booked form the designated terminal. However, our porter shall guide and assist you till Multi-level car parking (MLCP), taxi booking desks or the receiving party.
