Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions shall be read together with the privacy policy and/or other terms and conditions with all other notices, disclaimers, guidelines appearing on the Adani One platform from time to time (collectively referred to as "Agreement(s)") and shall constitute the entire agreement upon which the User will be allowed to access and use the Website and avail the services.
2. The base earn percentage of Adani Reward Points for Bus booking is 1% of the net paid amount.
3. Adani Reward Points will be calculated on the net paid amount only.
4. In instances where the final payable amount includes decimals, and Adani Reward Member is utilizing 100% Adani Reward Points for payment, Adani Reward Member will not be allowed to redeem 100% Adani Reward Points. Adani Reward Member will be entitled to pay INR 1 (along with decimal value) + applicable taxes.
5. Adani Reward Points will be credited to the Adani Reward Membership Account subject to the successful fulfilment of the Bus booking.
6. If an Adani Rewards Member earns Reward Points in decimal value, the points will be brought down to the floor value. Example: Final earnings of the user are 27.5 Reward Points; the user will only get 27 Reward Points.
7. Adani Reward Points accrued through transactions shall be credited in the Adani Reward Membership Account of the Adani Reward Members within 45 working days from the date of the completion/successful fulfilment of the Bus booking.
8. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by you, we reserve the right to deny the offer.
9. In case of partial/full cancellation, the refund shall be made net of the Adani Reward Point(s).
10. Adani One is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
11. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason.
12. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
