Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer applicable on all Duty Free outlets listed on Adani One.
2. Get Instant Discount of ₹250/- on payments via the MobiKwik wallet with a minimum transaction value for ₹4,999 and above.
3. The Offer is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only.
4. Images used in all the promotions or communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only and Mobikwik shall not be liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
5. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products/services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
6. All liabilities with respect to the products purchased lies with the Adani One and Mobikwik shall not liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
7. The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold the Adani One and the Mobikwik harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by Adani One and the Mobikwik as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on Adani One, by Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder.
8. Promo Code for the Offer can be applied under the Promotions tab at the time of booking on Adani One.
9. Offer will be applicable for all days during the offer period for transactions through Mobikwik wallet.
10. The Offer shall be valid from  1st September 2024 to 31st December 2024 (“Offer Period”).
11. The discount is valid once per promo per card per calendar month.
12. Instant Discount shall be provided to the Customer at the time of bookings.
13. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the Offer.
14. The Offer can be availed by any new or existing user of Adani One.

16. In case a customer pays through Adani Reward Points partly for the order, customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of instant discount only if the ‘Paid amount through card + value of Discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.
17. Convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability.
18. If the customer cancels the service purchase after the discount amount is availed, ADL will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and cancellation charges shall apply.
19. The Offer will be valid during the Offer Period only, which will be at the sole discretion of Adani One and Canara Bank.
20. Adani One and Mobikwik retain the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the Offer Period without prior notice.
21. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, Offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be en-cashed.

23. The offer is not applicable on payments made through 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, Gift card and net banking payments.
24. In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.
25. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
26. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
27. ADL & Mobikwik are the sole authority for interpretation of these terms in the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL & Mobikwik reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
28. In no event, the entire liability of ADL & Mobikwik under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
29. ADL & Mobikwik shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
30. Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
31. Adani One or Mobikwik will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
32. Mobikwik and Adani One/ ADL will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
33. The decision of Adani One or Mobikwik will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
34. Adani One and Mobikwik reserve the right to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entire or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without assigning any reason or without prior intimation whatsoever at any time and without any notice.
35. Adani One or Mobikwik will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
36. In case of all matters relating to the Offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any user for the Offer, Adani One and Mobikwik decision shall be final and binding on the users in all respects.

By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
38. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of own volition. Any person availing of this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
39. The Offer is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per bank's extant guidelines from time to time.
40. Adani One or Mobikwik shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the user/s under the Offer.
41. Adani One and Mobikwik reserves the right to disqualify any user from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
42. Any dispute relating to the Offer, or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram only.
43. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adani One Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Adani One and also in addition to the conditions applicable to car parking and Airport cabs bookings. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
