Adani Reward Points on Group Flight Bookings

Terms and Conditions

1. The Adani Reward Member is eligible for a bonus of 1000 Adani Reward Points on booking received from the referred Adani Reward Member during the offer period with a minimum transaction value of INR 1,00,000/- & 5000 Adani Reward Points on a minimum transaction value of INR 10,00,000/-, subject to fulfilment of the group booking trip.
2. The bonus Adani Reward Points can only be earned by the referring Adani Reward Member on successful completion of group booking lead by the referred Adani Reward Member.
3. The booker must be an Adani Reward Member by signing up on Adani One Platform.
4. The offer is only valid for bookings received between 10th February 2024 to 31st March 2025, with no restriction of travel dates.
5. The Adani Reward Points accrued through this offer shall be credited to the Adani Reward Membership Account of the Adani Reward Member within 15 working days from the date of successful completion of the group booking journey.
6. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotions, discounts or offers.
7. The offer is valid once per Adani Reward Member.
8. The offer applies on domestic & international flights booked through the Adani One group booking team.
9. This offer is only valid on one-way and roundtrip domestic flight bookings.
10. In case of full cancellation, the offer stands void, and the Adani Reward Member will not be eligible for the Adani Reward Points on the booking.
11. If there is any rescheduling of flights, the Adani Rewards member must bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or tax + surcharge) and another rescheduling/cancellation fee.
12. Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this offer at any time in its sole discretion. Adani One can do so at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
13. Adani One is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
14. Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
15. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the Adani Reward Member, Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
16. In no event the entire liability of Adani One under this offer shall exceed the number of bonus Adani Reward Points under this offer.
17. Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Gurugram will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this offer.
19. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adani One Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using Adani One platform and in addition to the conditions applicable to booking flight/airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this offer only.
20. By opting for this offer, every member expressly agrees that neither Adani One nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Adani Reward Member may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such Adani Reward Member’s own act of omission or commission.
21. The offer is completely optional and is chosen by the Adani Reward Member of their own volition. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
