Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid from 1st May 2023 to 31st March 2025.
2. There is no restriction on travel dates.
3. There is no condition on the minimum transaction value.
4. The offer only applies to Adani Rewards members who have signed up on Adani One website, mobile site, or app.
5. The offer is valid only for Adani Rewards members (anyone making their first domestic flight bookings on Adani One).
6. To avail this offer, the user must enter the correct Coupon Code (FRP700) in the ‘coupon code’ field and apply. The promo code will be applied.
7. The Adani Rewards member is eligible for a bonus of 700 Adani Reward Points on first flight booking during the offer period with this promo code, subject to the fulfilment of the flight trip.
8. The Adani Reward points accrued through transactions shall be credited to the members of Adani Rewards membership account within 45 working days from the date of fulfilment.
9. The Adani Rewards members can select and avail only one coupon code for the flight booking.
10. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotions, discounts or offers.
11. The offer is valid for one time use for a domestic flight booking during the offer period only.
12. The offer applies only on domestic flights booked through the Adani One desktop website, mobile app, and mobile site.
13. This offer is only valid on one-way and roundtrip domestic flight bookings.
14. In case of full cancellation, the offer stands void, and the Adani Rewards member will not be eligible for the promo code on the next booking.
15. If there is any rescheduling of flights, the Adani Rewards member must bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or tax + surcharge) and another rescheduling/cancellation fee.
16. Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this offer at any time in its sole discretion. Adani One can do so at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
17. Adani Reward members who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their members with this offer. Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. Adani One shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
18. Adani One is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
19. Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
20. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the user, Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
21. In no event the entire liability of Adani One under this offer shall exceed the number of Adani Reward Bonus Points under this offer.
22. Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer.
23. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
24. These terms and conditions are in addition to AdaniOne.com. Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using AdaniOne.com and in addition to the conditions applicable to booking flight/airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this offer only.
25. By opting for this offer, every member expressly agrees that neither Adani One nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a member may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such member’s own act of omission or commission.
26. The offer is completely optional and is chosen by the Adani Rewards member of their own volition. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
27. All bookings are subject to availability.
28. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other discount offer on www.adanione.com.
29. The product & services offered by Adani Digital Labs are governed by the terms of use prescribed by ADL on its site www.adanione.com & as amended from time to time.
30. Adani One reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time at the sole discretion of the management. The terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change without any prior notice. Disputes are subject to New Delhi's jurisdiction. Flight seats are subject to availability.
