Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only applicable for customers who have signed up on Adani One website, mobile site or app.
2. The users get 20% discount on any Pranaam meet and greet service on Adani One for the first time.
3. The offer is valid for user’s first Pranaam meet and greet order on Adani One website or app.
4. Pranaam Bookings made with this coupon cannot be upgraded.
5. The offer can be applied only once per user registered on Adani One.
6. The offer is exclusively for Adani Airports and is valid only for arriving and departing flights. It does not apply to round trips, transit, or connecting flights.
7. The offer is valid for 3 months from 19th September 2024 to 31st December 2024.
8. This offer gets auto applied upon meeting the eligibility criteria. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy on the Adani One Platform.
9. Participation in this offer is voluntary and by participating in the offer, the user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Adani One Platform.
10. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the user, ADL reserve the right to deny the offer.
11. ADL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
12. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
13. ADL’s decision on all matters relating to the offer shall be final.
14. ADL reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
15. By opting for this offer, the user expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that the user may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such users own act of omission or commission.
16. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
17. Any dispute or claim regarding the Offer must be resolved with ADL directly, and as per ADL’s Grievance Policy.
18. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
19. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
