There is nothing to worry If you have lost or misplaced any of your valuables at Mangaluru Airport, we are there to assist you. We are pleased to help our customers retrieve their lost items. All the agencies at the airport are directed to deposit any unclaimed goods under the lost & found property. The goods are deposited after duly recording the contents, description, date & time, and the depositor's signature.

You can follow the below Lost and Found claim process:-

Step 1:Contact Lost & Found department and submit your details.

Step 2: Lost & Found team will verify the details and revert to passenger. The team responds within 48 working hours.

Step 3: In case item is verified, the lost article / articles may be claimed on producing the following documents during working hours only

– Copy of Boarding pass.

– Copy of Passport / ID card issued by Government.

– The details of the items being claimed.

– A letter filled and signed by the owner with details of the items being claimed.

– Government authorized photo identity card preferably Passport / Driving Licence / Aadhaar Card / Voter card.

Claim time: (9.30 am - 6.30 pm).

As of now, Mangaluru Airport does not ship the claimed items to the passenger's location. You will have to collect your item/ items while showing your documents and ID card.
