Terms and Conditions

1. Offer applicable only on Federal Bank Credit Card.
2. The Offer applicable on all Duty Free stores under Adani Group.
3. The offer is applicable once per card per promo per month.
4. Federal Credit card holders are eligible for 10% Instant discount, up to ₹1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only), on minimum booking value of ₹5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) using coupon code “FEDFCC” during the Offer Period to pre-book on the Adani Digital Platform only.
5. Offer is applicable starting 22nd June 2023 from 00:01 hrs till 31st Dec 2024 ending 11:59 hrs (“Offer Period”).
6. The Offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
7. The Offer is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only.
8. This Offer can neither be combined with any other offer nor can it be transferred or assigned to any other Customer or third party. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-renewable, non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
9. Any query regarding the offer will be entertained only till only till 31st Dec 2024. Post such date, Federal Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from the cardholder.
10. The Offer is not applicable on Jupiter/Epifi Cards.
11. The Offer is not applicable on Federal-One Card/Epifi/Scapia Credit Cards.
12. The offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
13. The Offer is non-negotiable, non-transferrable and non-cashable.

15. Bank Account linked to the Card is required to be active and non-delinquent.
16. Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
17. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective airlines/supplier.
18. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
19. If the Customer cancels the service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Merchant will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and cancellation charges shall apply.
20. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees).
21. Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
22. Federal Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
23. The Merchant and the Federal Bank reserve the right to add/alter/change/ or vary at any time, without notice, any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entirely or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether. They also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reason and / or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
24. The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
25. In case of all matters relating to the offer, including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, Federal Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
26. Federal Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the offer. It only offers discount on the purchase of goods and services from the Merchant using Federal Bank Credit Card and makes no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness, worthiness, after sales service or otherwise of the goods/services offered by the Merchant using the card. Federal Bank is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardholders under this offer.
27. Federal Bank will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by merchant/seller(s) on product/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of such merchant/seller(s) and without reference to Federal bank.
28. Images used in all the promotions or communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only and Federal Bank shall not be liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
29. Federal Bank may use the services of agents for sales / marketing of the products which are exclusive copy rights of The Federal Bank Limited. All rights reserved.
30. Federal Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods purchased / services availed of by the Card Holder/s under the offer.

32. The Merchant & the Federal Bank reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
33. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products/services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
34. All liabilities with respect to the products purchased lies with the Merchant and Federal Bank shall not liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
35. The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold the Merchant and the Federal Bank harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by the Merchant and the Federal Bank as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder.
36. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of  their own volition. Any person availing of this discount shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions as well as the respective Offer T&Cs.
37. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Federal Bank for this purpose.
38. Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by Federal Credit card. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by Federal Credit card to Service provider, then the cardholder will need to approach Federal Bank. Service provider shall be entitled to withhold or deny the Offer to the Customers.
