Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid once per card per promo per month.
2. The offer is not applicable on Jupiter/EpiFi Cards.
3. The offer is not applicable on Federal OneCard/EpiFi/Scapia Cards
4. Federal Bank Debit Card holders are eligible for 10% instant discount, up to INR 4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only), on minimum booking value of INR 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) using FEDINTD during the offer period to purchase or book on Adani One only.
5. To avail of the offer, the customer must enter the coupon code FEDINTD before making the payment.
6. Offer is applicable on every Thursday starting 1st Nov, 2023 from 00:01 hr till 31st Dec 2024 ending at 23:59 hr (offer period).
7. All bookings are subject to availability.
8. The offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
9. The offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
10. The offer is non-negotiable, non-transferrable and non-cashable.

12. Incomplete/rejected/invalid/returned/disputed or unauthorised/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
13. In case a customer pays through reward points partly for the order, customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of instant discount only if the ‘paid amount through card + value of discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.
14. Adani One and Federal Bank reserve the right to add/alter/change or vary at any time, without notice, any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entirely or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether. They also reserve the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reason and/or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
15. Adani One and Federal Bank reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the card.
16. The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
17. In case of all matters relating to the offer, including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any cardholder, Federal Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on cardholders in all respects and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
18. Federal Bank will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by merchant/seller(s) on product/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of such merchant/seller(s) and without reference to Federal Bank.
19. Images used in all the promotions or communications pertaining to the offer are for representation purpose only.
20. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the cardholder(s) with Adani One directly and customer can contact Adani One through its toll free number – 1800572111111 and email ID – support@adanione.com.
21. The Merchant and Federal Bank reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the card.
22. The cardholder shall indemnify and hold Adani One and Federal Bank harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney fee) that may be suffered by the Merchant and Federal Bank as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the platform, by cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the cardholder.
23. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of their own volition. Any person availing of this discount shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions as well as the respective offer T&Cs.

26. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the cardholder(s) and Federal Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
27. Products offered under this offer are subject to availability from the respective participating merchants/sellers on the platform and accordingly, Federal Bank in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
28. This offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence, and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
29. Offer is not applicable on payments made through third party wallets, COD, PayPal, gift card and net banking payments.
30. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
31. If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Adani One will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and cancellation charges shall apply.
32. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge).
33. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither Adani One nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
