Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is applicable on all days.
2. This offer is valid till 31st Dec 2024 (11:59 hrs).
3. The offer is valid on selected HSBC Bank Credit Cards.
4. The offer is valid once per card per promo per month.
5. HSBC credit card holders are eligible for an instant 25% discount of up to ₹2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only), on Domestic hotel bookings with minimum booking value of ₹3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) using applicable code during the offer period to purchase or book on the Adani One platform only.
6. To avail the offer, the customer must enter the Coupon code before making the payment.
7. All bookings are subject to availability.
8. The discount is valid per booking. In case you book more than 1 adult in a single transaction, you will still receive the discount on per booking basis only.
9. Travel dates to avail this discount are completely open. This discount is valid on adult & child bookings only and is not valid for infants under 2 years of age.
10. The discount cannot be clubbed with any other discount/cash-back/offer that may be available on ADL.
11. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
12. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adani One Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Adani One and also in addition to the conditions applicable to hotel bookings. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
13. The transaction or the spends should only pertain to expenses on Domestic Hotel booking category as categorized by ADL on Adani One (app/website) only.
14. In case a customer pays through Adani Reward Points partly for the booking, customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of instant discount only if the ‘Paid amount through card + value of Discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.
15. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective hotels.
16. The offer is not applicable on payments made through 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, Gift card and net banking payments.
17. The offer is not applicable on payments made through HSBC Net Banking or App.
18. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
19. If the customer cancels the service purchase after the discount amount is availed, ADL will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and cancellation charges shall apply.
20. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
21. HSBC Bank & ADL reserve the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
22. ADL & HSBC Bank are the sole authority for interpretation of these terms in the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL & HSBC Bank reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
23. In no event, the entire liability of ADL & HSBC Bank under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
24. ADL & HSBC Bank shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
25. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Gurugram, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
26. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
27. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing of this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
