Terms and Conditions

1. The customer will receive a flat 12% instant discount up to ₹500, with a minimum booking value of ₹500 and above.
2. The Offer shall be valid from 1st October 2024 to 31st December 2024 (“Offer Period”).
3. The transaction or the spending should only pertain to expenses on the Bus ticket booking category as categorised by ADLPL on the Adani Digital platform (app/website) only.
4. The Offer is valid on booking per card, per promo, and per month using the offer code.
5. The Promo Code for the Offer can be applied under the ‘Promotions’ tab at the time of booking on Adani One.
6. Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by HSBC Bank (Credit Card). If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by HSBC Bank to the Adani One team, then the cardholder will need to approach HSBC Bank. Adani One shall be entitled to withhold or deny the Offer to the Customers.
7. Instant Discount shall be provided to the Customer at the time of booking.
8. The Offer can be availed by any new or existing user of Adani One.
9. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the Bus Operator.
10. An instant discount will be calculated on the total bus fare which is the Base fare without taxes.
11. In case a Customer pays through reward points partly for the order, the customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of an Instant discount only if the “Paid amount through card + value of Discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the offer.
12. A convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability.
13. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer must be resolved with Adani Digital directly and customers can contact Adani One toll-free – 1800 572 111 111 & Email – support@adanione.com.
14. In case a customer pays through Adani Reward Points partly for the order, the customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of an instant discount only if the ‘Paid amount through card + value of Discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the offer.
15. A convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability.
16. If the customer cancels the service purchase after the discount amount is availed, ADL will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and cancellation charges shall apply.
17. The Offer will be valid during the Offer Period only, which will be at the sole discretion of Adani One and HSBC Bank.
18. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spending criteria: ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, a transaction that is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the HSBC Bank, transactions that are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the cardholder.
19. Adani One and HSBC Bank retain the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the Offer Period without prior notice.
20. The offer is not applicable on payments made through 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, Gift cards and net banking payments.
21. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer must bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
22. ADL & HSBC Bank are the sole authority for interpretation of these terms in the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL & HSBC Bank reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
23. In no event, does the entire liability of ADL & HSBC Bank under this offer exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
24. ADL & HSBC Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
25. HSBC Bank and Adani One/ ADL will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or cannot be availed due to malfunction, delay, or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
26. The decision of Adani One or HSBC Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
27. Adani One/ADL and HSBC Bank reserve the right to add/alter/change/ or vary any or all these terms and conditions or to replace, entire or in part, this Offer with another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without assigning any reason or without prior intimation whatsoever at any time and without any notice.
28. Adani One and HSBC Bank reserve the right to disqualify any user from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out to avail the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the HSBC Bank Credit Card.
29. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission. Any person availing of this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
30. The Offer is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per the bank's extant guidelines from time to time.
31. Adani One or HSBC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the user/s under the Offer.
32. Any dispute relating to the Offer, or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram only.
33. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adani One Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using Adani One and in addition to the conditions applicable to Flights, Hotels and Buses. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this discount only.
34. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
35. All the tickets/bookings issued to the Customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Bus Supplier.
36. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adani One Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using Adani One and also in addition to the conditions applicable to listed availed services (https://www.adanione.com/terms-and-conditions). To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this discount only.
