3. The offer can be applied multiple times during the offer period i.e., 28th March 2025 00:00 hours to 31st May 2025 23:59 hours.
4. The offer is applicable only on booking/purchase made on duty free stores at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Mumbai.
5. Offer is only applicable for user who have signed up on Adani OneApp website, mobile site or app. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers available on Adani OneApp platform.
6. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Adani OneApp Platform.
7. Participation in this offer is voluntary and by participating in the offer, the user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the use of the Adani OneApp Platform.
8. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the user, ADL reserves the right to deny, withdraw or cancel the offer.

10. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.

By opting for this offer, you expressly agree that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such user’s own act of omission or commission. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.

16. ADL is not liable for any harm, injury, or adverse effects resulting from the use or consumption of duty-free products purchased using this coupon.
17. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
