ICICI Bank Credit Card Offers on International Flights

Terms and Conditions

1. The customer will receive instant discount on international flight bookings as per the offer for the amount paid through ICICI Bank Credit Cards only (excluding ancillaries, insurance, and convenience fees).
2. This offer will be applicable every Saturday, and Sunday during the offer period for Credit Cards.
3. A user is eligible to book one international flight using either of the codes with one card per promo per calendar month.
4. This offer will not be applicable on Business, Commercial, Corporate ICICI Bank Credit Cards and Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card (431581XXXXXX).
5. The customer will receive a 10% instant discount, up to INR 3000, for international flight bookings with a minimum value for 20,001 and above.
6. This offer is valid till 31st Dec 2024, ending 23:59 Hrs.
7. Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
8. Instant discount shall be provided to the customer at the time of bookings.
9. The transaction or the spends should only pertain to expenses on flight ticket booking category as categorized by Alliance Partner on the Adani Digital platform (app / website) only.
10. The offer is valid on booking per card per promo per month using the offer code. A user will be able to book one international fight using same bin per month.
11. Instant discount will be calculated on total flight fare which is Base + Tax (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees).
12. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of ICICI Bank, including offers from individual brands.
13. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, Alliance Partner reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.
14. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria: ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the ICICI Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.
15. Alliance Partner reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
16. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the ICICI Bank & ADLPL shall be final and binding.
17. By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
18. This offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by ICICI Credit Card. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by ICICI Card to Alliance Partner, then the cardholder will need to approach ICICI Bank Card. Alliance Partner shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customers.
19. Participation in this offer is voluntary.
20. In case a customer pays through reward points partly for the order, customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of Instant discount only if the ‘Paid amount through card + value of Discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.
21. Convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability.
22. This offer can't be clubbed with any other promotional offer.
23. To get any infant’s ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs. and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re-checking in and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult.
24. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above, then you need to book a separate booking as a child.
25. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier.
26. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
27. If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Alliance Partner will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
28. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
29. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-renewable, non-transferrable, non-negotiable, and non-extendable.
30. In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.
31. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. Alliance Partner is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from the airline's end.
