Terms and Conditions

1. The offer only applies on booking domestic flights to and from Bhubaneswar on Adani One platform.
2. You will get a discount/waiver of up to INR 500/- on the booking transaction without any minimum transaction constrains.
3. To avail of the offer, you must choose the voucher code i.e., “FLYRY2024” from the coupon codes available in the ‘Apply Coupon Code’ section at the time of flight booking and the discount will automatically be applied from the transaction amount.
4. Offer is valid from 1st June 2024; 00:01 hours till 30th June 2024; 23:59 hours.
5. This offer is valid on one-way and round-trip of domestic flight bookings.
6. There is no restriction on travel dates.
7. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void.
8. In case of partial/full booking cancellation, Adani One will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply as per the standard cancellation policy of Adani One platform.
9. All bookings are subject to availability.
10. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or offers available on the Adani One platform.
11. The discount will be calculated on per Booking ID basis and will not be processed for each passenger individually.
12. If there is any modification of the flight booking, you must bear the fare difference, regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or tax surcharge and other rescheduling/cancellation fee.
13. Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion. Adani One can do so at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
14. The offer is completely optional and is chosen by you at your own discretion. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
15. Customers who are travel agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers with this offer. Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. Adani One shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
16. Adani One is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
17. Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
18. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
19. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the user, Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
20. In no event shall the entire liability of Adani One under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
21. Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
22. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on Adani One platform, to which you agree to by using it and in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to booking flight/airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this offer only.
23. By opting for this offer, you expressly agree that neither Adani One nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from your own act of omission or commission.
