Terms and Conditions

1. Upon applying for offer code (LUXSTAY) while domestic hotel booking, the customer shall get a discount of 15% on the transaction value up to INR 2,000/- on minimum transaction values of INR 10,000/-.
2. This offer is valid only on domestic hotel bookings.
3. This offer is valid on all bookings with a minimum transaction value above INR 10,000/-
4. The offer is valid for multiple bookings per user using the above offer code for the offer period i.e., from 00:01 hours on 1st June 2024 to 11:59 hours on 31th December, 2024.
5. The offer instant discount is calculated on base fare + Taxes.
6. The offer code will be available in the offer tray on the review page of the Platform.
7. The offer is valid on Adani One desktop website, Android, and iOS apps, and mobile website.
8. To avail the discount, simply enter the offer code before making the payment with your debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, and wallets and the offer discount amount shall be deducted from the transaction amount payable by you. This discount is not applicable for payments made by cash.
9. The offer is valid per booking. In case you book more than 1 adult in a single transaction, you will still receive the discount on per booking basis only
10. In case of full/partial cancellation, the offer stands void and the entire offer amount shall be deducted from the refund amount along with the cancellation charges, convenience fees or any other charges.
11. If there is any rescheduling, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in applicable tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling fees.
12. This offer discount is valid on Adult & Child bookings only and is not valid for infants under 2 years of age.
13. The offer discount cannot be clubbed with any other discount/cash-back/offer that may be available on Adani One.
14. Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (ADL) and Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Terms or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this offer discount at any time in its sole discretion at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
15. ADL is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
16. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
17. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
18. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
19. In no event the entire liability of ADL under this offer shall exceed the offer amount under this offer.
20. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
21. These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Gurugram will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
22. These Terms and conditions are in addition to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, to which you agree to by using Adani One platform and also in addition to the conditions applicable to hotel bookings. To the extent the aforesaid Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
23. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that the customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
24. The offer discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own discretion. Any person availing this offer discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
