Terms and Conditions

1. Get Flat 18% off, up to ₹2,000 on Domestic and up to ₹2,500 on Int. Hotels.
2. Offer is valid for hotels with reservation charges above ₹2,499 for Domestic & above ₹3,999 for Int. Hotels.
3. Offer is valid for bookings made every day up till 31st March 2024, 23:59 Hrs.
4. The offer is valid on ADL desktop website, Android and iOS apps, and mobile website.
5. Instant discount is calculated on Hotel Reservation Charges.
6. To avail the discount, simply enter the coupon code before making the payment with your debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, and wallets and the discount amount shall be deducted from the amount payable by you.
7. In case of full/partial cancellation, the offer stands void, and the customer will not be eligible for an instant discount.
8. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge), and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
9. The discount cannot be clubbed with any other discount/cash-back/offer that may be available on ADL.
10. ADL reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions, or to replace them wholly or in part, and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
11. ADL is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
12. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
13. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
14. In no event shall the entire liability of ADL under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
15. Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
16. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adanione.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which you agree to by using Adanione.com, and also in addition to the conditions applicable to hotel bookings. To the extent that these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
17. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such a discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
18. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
