Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid on all bookings with a minimum transaction value above INR 500 for Domestic Hotels.
2. Offer is valid for bookings made every day up till 31st December 2024 23:59 Hrs.
3. The offer is valid on ADL desktop website, Android and iOS apps, and mobile website.
4. The offer is valid once per user using the above offer code for the offer period mentioned above.
5. Instant discount is calculated on base fare – hotel discount + taxes (excluding ancillaries and convenience fees).
6. To avail the discount, simply enter the coupon code SAVESTAY before making the payment with your debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, and wallets and the discount amount shall be deducted from the amount payable by you. This discount is not applicable for payments made by cash.
7. The discount is valid per booking. In case you book more than 1 adult in a single transaction, you will still receive the discount on per booking basis only.
8. In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for instant discount.
9. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
10. Travel dates to avail this discount are completely open. This discount is valid on Adult & Child bookings only and is not valid for infants under 2 years of age.
11. The discount cannot be clubbed with any other discount/cash-back/offer that may be available on ADL.
12. ADL reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
13. ADL is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
14. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
15. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
16. In no event the entire liability of ADL under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
17. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
19. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adanione.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Adanione.com and also in addition to the conditions applicable to hotel bookings. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
20. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
21. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
