Terms and Conditions

1. Customers under this offer will get to enjoy discounts of up to 30% on hotel bookings made on Pride Hotels on Adani One.  This offer will be pre-applied in the rates on Adani One.
2. The offer is a combination of Hotel and Adani One driven discounts.  Adani One driven discount is applicable when the Adani One driven coupon (HOTELEOBS for Domestic; STAYEOBS for international) is applied and the transaction value should be above INR 2,499/- for Domestic (Offer capped up to 2000) & INR 3,999 for International Hotels (Offer capped up to 2500).
3. This offer is for a limited period and valid for all customers.
4. The offer is valid on bookings made 22nd March 2024.
5. All our new and existing customers can avail this offer. 
6. This offer is valid on bookings made via all channels including Adani One website, Mobile App, iOS app, etc.
7. There is no condition on stay date.
8.  In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the discount will be rolled back before processing the refunds.
9. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge), and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
10. ADL reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions, or to replace them wholly or in part, and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
11. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
12. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
13. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
14.  In no event shall the entire liability of ADL under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
15. Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
16.  These terms and conditions are in addition to Adanione.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which you agree to by using Adanione.com, and also in addition to the conditions applicable to hotel bookings. To the extent that these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
17. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such a discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
18. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
