2. The offer will only be applicable once per user on the first transaction only.
3. This offer is valid for bookings made from Jan 26, 2024, from 00:01 hrs until Feb 14, 2024, ending at 11:59 pm hrs.
4. Instant discount shall be provided at the time of booking.
5. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer available on Adani One platform.
6. The transaction or the spending should only pertain to the train ticket booking category as categorized on Adani One only.
7. A convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability.
8. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Adani One Platform. Participation in this offer is voluntary, and by participating in the offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the use of the Adani One Platform.
9. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by you, we reserve the right to deny the offer.

11. In case you pay through Adani Reward Points partly for the order, you shall be eligible to get the benefit of an Instant discount only if the “Ticket Fare (Inclusive of GST) + IRCTC Charge” is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.
12. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by IRCTC.
13. In case of partial/full booking cancellation on a transaction, Adani One will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply as per the standard cancellation policy of IRCTC.
14. In case of partial/full cancellation of the transaction, the offer stands void.
15. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
16. In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
