The Terms and Conditions explain the nature and scope of the relationship between Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (herein referred to as 'ADL' or 'Adani Digital Reward Program' or ADLPL) (as owner and manager for the Program) and an Adani Rewards Member (as defined herein). The Terms and Conditions cover limitations and exclusions on the liability of ADL and the Partners.
1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, unless the context specifies otherwise:
1.1. “ADL” shall mean Adani Digital Labs Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing corporate identification number CIN: U74999GJ2021PTC125765 and having its registered office at Adani Corporate House, Shantigram, near Vaishno Devi Circle, SG Highway, Khodiyar, Ahmedabad - 382421 and business office at Adani Corporate House, Plot No 83, Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurgaon-122001 and such expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the subject or context thereof, include its successors, assigns, representatives and transferees.
1.2. “Adani Reward Membership Account” means a unique account created for every Adani Reward Member during his (online/offline) enrolment into the program being operated and managed by ADL. Adani Rewards Membership Account is where Adani Reward Points will be accumulated for accrual and/or redemption.
1.3. “Adani Rewards Member(s)” means a customer who is enrolled via Mobile Number as a member of the Program holding Adani Rewards in the Adani Rewards Membership Account. Membership to the program is governed by these terms and conditions, which are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of ADL.
1.4. “Unique Identification Number” means a mobile number provided by an Adani Rewards Member during the time of enrolment (and as notified to ADL in the manner set out in these terms from time to time thereafter) for registration or linking of his Adani Reward Membership Account for accrual and/or redemption of Adani Reward Points.
1.5. “Adani Reward Point(s)" is the unit currency of the program. Adani Rewards Members are awarded Adani Reward Points for Earn and redeem Activities carried out by the Adani Rewards Member within the Adani network. The Reward points under this program will be awarded at the discretion of ADL in parlance with Adani group's different business.
1.6. “ADL Network” means all the Partners associated with ADL or Adani Group
1.7. “ADL Partner” means any or all entities, Adani group businesses, partners, shops, departmental stores, airlines, hotels, restaurants, car rental companies and other establishments which participate from time to time in the Program, whether with an online or offline presence, in agreement with ADL, where members can accumulate Adani Reward Points through Earn and redemption Activities.
1.8. “Adani Rewards Catalogue” means earning Adani Reward Points on the Adani partners, digital partners, online and offline partners and offline Adani ecosystem, i.e., Airports, Electricity, Gas, Realty, Farm pick, Fortune products, Wilmar etc.
1.9. “Complaint” means any grievance, claims, issues, queries etc., raised by any Adani Rewards Member in connection with a Reward or their experience in using Reward Catalogue (including for reasons including but not limited to delay in receiving the reward, receipt of damaged/defective reward, wrong delivery, reward quality-related issues, etc.
1.10. “Earn Activities” means earning Adani Reward Points on the Adani partners, digital partners, online and offline partners and offline Adani ecosystem, i.e. Airports, Electricity, Gas, Realty, Farm pick, Fortune products, Wilmar etc.
1.11. “Program/Adani Rewards Program” means the ADL multi-partner loyalty program, managed and operated by ADL, offering benefits, facilities, or arrangements to Adani Rewards Member by reason of their membership into the ADL program, whereby Adani Reward Points are accumulated on every Earn Activity made by Adani Rewards Members within ADL network and such Adani Reward points may be used by the Adani Rewards Member for the redemption of Adani Reward Points through the Adani Reward Catalogue and Redemption at ADL Partners.
1.12. “Redemption” means any activity which results in the exchange of Adani Reward Points by an Adani Rewards Member for Adani Rewards at Adani Rewards Catalogue or at ADL Partner.
1.13. “Promotional Activities” shall include, but will not be limited to the promotion, and/or marketing of the Program, Adani Reward Points, loyalty benefits, through television, press magazine, direct mailers, direct solicitation, take-ones, displays, hoardings, web-based activities, mobile device solutions, and/or any other means that may be made available to promote, but will not be limited to ADL, its Partners, its Promotion and Media Partners, its Vendors.
1.14. “Seller(s)” shall mean any independent third party responsible for managing the Rewards catalogue and the sale of the Rewards to Adani Rewards Members. All redemption orders & services are managed by the Seller(s).
1.15. “Supplier” shall mean an independent third party responsible for managing and procuring of e-vouchers, coupons etc., for the Adani rewards catalogue.
1.16. “Working Days” means the period from Monday to Friday except for bank holidays or any public holiday.
1.17. “OTP” means a one-time password to be received by Adani Rewards Member to validate the Unique Identification Number to log into his/ her Adani Rewards Membership Account or to authenticate his transaction during the Redemption of Adani Reward Points.
2. General Conditions
2.1. The Adani Rewards Member agrees that by using his/her Unique Identification Number at Adani business websites or at any ADL Partner online or offline, he/she is deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Program and agrees to be contacted by the ADL customer service team or its telemarketer for the purpose of its promotional activities (SMS, Email, Social campaigns, etc.), and confirms that he/she is bound by these terms and conditions and any changes to it from time to time and such other terms as specified by ADL from time to time.
2.2. Membership into Adani Rewards Program is voluntary, and the benefits are being provided purely on a best-effort basis.
2.3. ADL reserves the right to modify/change these Terms and Conditions, and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on Adani business websites. Members continued holding of the Adani Rewards Membership Account following the posting of changes on Adani business websites will indicate their acceptance of changes.
2.4. Adani Rewards Membership is valid for the lifetime of the Adani Rewards Member unless terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.5. Adani Rewards Membership Account is not a payment medium or payment instrument.
2.6. Adani Rewards Membership is non-transferable, except as specified in these terms and conditions. Adani Reward Points are non-negotiable, non-redeemable by cash and cannot be gifted, awarded, or rewarded to any other person than the Adani Rewards Member himself.
2.7. Adani Rewards Members will be personally liable for all costs, taxes, charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from the provision or availability of benefits, facilities or arrangements provided or made available to an Adani Rewards Member, by ADL Partners, as a result of his/her membership in the Program.
2.8. The Adani Rewards Membership account at all times remains the property of ADL, which reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion and without giving notice to such member to deactivate the Adani Rewards Membership without any liability to ADL.
2.9. ADL will endeavour to ensure that the services, benefits, facilities, and arrangements as expressed or advertised by the ADL Partners will be available to the Adani Rewards Members. However, ADL will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from the provision or non-provision, whether whole or part, of any such services, benefits, facilities, or any other arrangements by the ADL Partners.
2.10. When an Adani Rewards Member seeks to use or obtain any of the services, benefits, facilities, and arrangements as offered by the ADL Partner, the provisions of such services, benefits, facilities, or arrangements will be subject to the respective terms and conditions of the ADL Partner, being the provider of the said benefits, facilities, and arrangements.
2.11. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination or change of the Program or any of its facilities, benefits or arrangements which are made available to the Adani Rewards Members, including, without limitation, ADL Partner's withdrawal or the withdrawal, or limiting of any such services, benefits, or facilities.
2.12. The Program of ADL may be modified at the sole discretion of ADL from time to time without intimation to the Adani Rewards Member and without any liability to ADL.
2.13. ADL shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfil any of its obligations under these terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone, or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
2.14.A waiver of any of the terms and conditions by ADL shall not be deemed to be a continuing waiver but shall apply solely to the instances to which the waiver is directed.
2.15. An Adani Rewards Membership shall be accepted only at locations identified in the list provided to the Adani Rewards Members at Adani one website; ADL can, at any time without intimation to the Adani Rewards Members add and/or delete ADL Partners from such list. The same shall be updated on Adani's business websites
2.16. If there is any change in the contact details (mobile number/email id/ address) of an Adani Rewards Member from what has been registered with ADL, the member must update the respective contact details with ADL immediately either through the ADL website, Mobile application, contact centre or any other channels to avoid any misuse of Adani Reward Points. ADL shall not be liable for any loss of points or other relevant damages incurred by the member, if necessary, details are not updated with ADL on time. However, if an Adani Rewards Member’s registered mobile number has changed, in such a scenario, ADL will not be responsible for transferring the balance points to the new membership account.
2.17. All Points dispute complaints older than 60 working days from the date of the points credited will not be entertained. The Adani Rewards Member must provide proof of transaction as required to register any Point dispute.
2.18. Adani Rewards Member explicitly allows ADL and its subcontractors and auditors to access or use its personal information and other information available with ADL for information security testing, audit and troubleshooting purposes.
2.19. All Adani Reward Points will be credited only after the expiry of the return period or fulfilment obligation of all items/products/services in the eligible order.
2.20. In case of a replacement request for any of the products in the Eligible Order, Adani Reward Points will be credited only after the expiry of the return period of the replaced items/products in the Eligible Order.
2.21. Adani Digital Labs disclaims its liabilities against any unauthorized communication received by Adani Rewards Member from any third party unless authorized by ADL.
2.22. All Adani Rewards Points accumulated on blacklisted accounts, as per applicable policies of ADL, shall be cancelled with immediate effect.
2.23. Benefits under this Program are for personal use only, and shall not be commercially exploited, in all cases where any commercial or fraudulent activity is suspected, ADL reserves the right to withdraw any claimed rewards earned as a benefit of this Program.
3. Enrolment in the Program
3.1. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the T&Cs as part of this Agreement. Finally, you shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. You are responsible for sharing correct communication details with ADL at the time of enrolling into the Program.
3.2. Prospective Adani Rewards Members can enroll into the Program at selected ADL Partner outlets, using Partner platforms (online/offline). ADL Partners may also enroll prospective Adani Rewards Members on the Program. Enrolment of prospective members into the ADL program can be done only via ADL digital platform/website/EPOS.
3.3. ADL shall reserve the right to issue the Adani Rewards Membership Account only to those customers, including customers of ADL Partner, who fulfil ADL’s eligibility criteria for issuance of the Adani Rewards Membership Account and fulfil/comply with the requirements as may be specified by ADL. ADL shall be under no obligation to issue an Adani Rewards Membership Account to Partner’s customers who do not comply with the [agreed eligibility criterion].
4. Communication
4.1. It is the responsibility of the Adani Rewards Member to provide accurate communication information like Name, Mobile number, Email ID, Address, etc., to ADL. The member can contact the ADL call centre or log into the ADL Website/App to request/update the change of their contact information by providing appropriate documentary proof except for their registered mobile number.
4.2. ADL may send alerts or promotional messages (including push notifications on ADL mobile application) to the registered mobile phone number or email ID provided by you while registering with ADL or on any contact information subsequently provided to ADL.
4.3. Adani Rewards Member explicitly allows ADL to share their personal details within the ADL network with the purpose of providing personalised offers, communication, additional benefits, etc.
4.4. ADL will do its best to provide alerts via SMS/E-mail/Telemarketing/Push notifications/social media, and it shall be deemed that: You shall have received the information sent from ADL as an alert on the registered mobile phone number or e-mail id provided by you. ADL shall not be under any obligation to confirm the authenticity of the person(s) receiving the alert. You cannot hold ADL liable for the non-availability of the SMS/email alert/push notifications service in any manner whatsoever.
4.5. The communication provided by ADL is an additional facility provided for your convenience, and it may be susceptible to error, omission and/or inaccuracy. In the event that you observe any error in the information provided, ADL shall be immediately informed about the same by you, and ADL will make the best possible efforts to rectify the error as early as possible. You shall not hold ADL liable for any loss, damages, claim, or expense, including legal costs, that may be incurred/suffered by you.
4.6. You will indemnify and hold harmless ADL and the SMS/e-mail/telemarketing service provider, including its officials, from any damages, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever, including legal charges and attorney’s fees which ADL or the SMS/e-mail service provider may at any time incur, sustain, suffer or be subjected to as a consequence of, or arising out of, any of the following: (i) misuse by you or improper or fraudulent information provided by you; (ii) incorrect number or a number that belongs to an unrelated third party provided by you.
5. Use of Adani Rewards Membership
5.1. By stating his/her Unique Identification Number to ADL and/or any ADL Businesses, an Adani Rewards Member grants for creating, storing, maintaining, and updating the Adani Rewards Member’s data. Such data shall include membership data (like name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email address, date of birth, areas of interest, preferences, etc., as provided by the Adani Rewards Member), usage data (including, without limitation, transactions and Adani Reward Points accrued at various ADL Partners, etc.), and data concerning contacts with ADL (including without limitation, enquiry regarding membership) for the purpose of providing relevant information and customer services to the Adani Rewards Member in connection with the Program. All data relating to the Adani Rewards Members shall be protected and used by ADL in the manner indicated in ADL’s Privacy Policy.
6. Accrual of Adani Reward Points
6.1. Adani Rewards Members can accrue Adani Reward Points earned by them through a transaction with an ADL Partner for the purchase of goods or services paid by cash, credit/debit card, online payment, standing instruction or any other means of payment agreed upon by the ADL Partner.
6.2. Adani Rewards Members will also be awarded Adani Reward Points for non-transactional activities, which include goodwill points as well as bonus points. Bonus points would be communicated from time to time through means of communication as decided by ADL from time to time.
6.3. Adani Reward Points awarded may vary between different ADL Partners depending on the arrangement between ADL and Adani business Details of all Adani Reward Points will be communicated to the Adani Rewards Members through the means of communication as decided from time to time.
6.4. The base earn percentages of Adani Reward Points may vary as per the transaction made by the Adani Reward Member for the Earn Activities. ADL reserves the right to update the base earn percentage from time to time.
6.5.Note: Adani Reward members will not be eligible to earn Adani Reward Points on the amount paid for Travel Insurance and Zero Cancellation Insurance on Flight booking (Domestic/International).
6.6. To accrue Adani Reward Points, an Adani Rewards Member must present to ADL his/her mobile number at the time of completing the Earn Activity. If an Adani Rewards Member fails to present a Unique Identification Number when visiting or availing such services, this may result in the applicable Adani Reward Points not being accrued by the Adani Rewards Member, and in such instance, ADL or the ADL Partner/ Businesses shall not be responsible.
6.7. The method of earning Adani Reward Points from ADL Partners is subject to change from time to time. Such changes will be communicated through Adani business websites and through any other means of communication as decided by ADL from time to time.
6.8. ADL Partners may change any of the terms and conditions of their business at any time without notice to the Adani Rewards Member. ADL is not responsible for informing Adani Rewards Members of any such changes. ADL has no liability for the acts and omissions by the ADL Partners.
6.9. All Adani Rewards Members are required to obtain and preserve for a period of 60 Working Days from date of points credited, appropriate documentation for all transactions done with ADL Partners that earn Adani Rewards. It is the Adani Rewards Member's responsibility to ensure that the Electronic Data Collection generated transaction slip is accurate.
6.10. Adani Rewards Members can also earn referral points by referring Adani One to any other person. In case of such referral, the Adani Reward Points so earned will be credited within 45 working days post order fulfilment of the transaction made by the referee.
6.11. A user is allowed to make multiple referrals but will be awarded 50 Reward Points as a sign-up bonus for only the first 5 referrals and 100 Reward Points as a transaction bonus on the first transactions of those five referrals.
7. Adani Reward Points Calculation
7.1. Adani Reward points accrued through transactions at ADL Partners shall be credited to the member's account within 45 working days from the date of fulfilment.
7.2. Adani Reward Points accrued through any other earn activity shall be credited to Adani Rewards Member's account within such period as is mentioned for such earn activity.
7.3. ADL Points would be credited back to the Adani Rewards Membership Account in case the Adani Rewards Member decides to return the goods and services, forfeited and unused services or, goods or services acquired by using Adani Reward Points as per refund policy as mentioned below.
7.4. Adani Reward Points are accrued as whole. Adani Rewards Members will not be awarded Adani Reward Points in fractions.
7.5. Adani Reward Points are valid for a period of two years from the date of Credit within the ADL Network. However, ADL is free to introduce any special program or events for promoting special campaigns. Adani Reward Points shall expire after a time determined by ADL, and the Adani Rewards Member shall not be entitled to redeem any of such lapsed Adani Reward Points.
7.6. Adani Rewards Membership has lifetime validity, but the points carry a two-year validity and is guided by the terms mentioned in this clause.
7.7. Adani Reward Points from an Adani Rewards Member's account cannot be pooled or combined with the Adani Reward Points of another Adani Rewards Member's account, unless there is a campaign rolled out or the company changes this product.
7.8. Complaints on Adani Reward Points not credited to the account from any ADL Partner will be entertained only if the date of the points credited is not older than 60 working days. The Adani Rewards Member must provide proof of transaction as required by ADL to register any ADL Point dispute.
7.9. The respective ADL Businesses are responsible for the Adani Reward Points issued under this Program, and if any of them goes into liquidation or non-payment for these points or any similar event, ADL shall not be liable to honour Adani Reward Points which have been credited to the Adani Rewards Membership account and are yet to be redeemed but have not been fully funded by the ADL Partner as on that date. In such an event, such Adani Reward Points will be removed from the Adani Rewards Membership Account without prior intimation.
8. Transfer of Adani Reward Points
8.1. Except as specified under clause 2 herein above, at no time can Adani Reward Points be credited to, or request is issued to, purchased by, or sold to or otherwise transferred to any person other than the Adani Rewards Member. Any such Adani Reward Points or requests for Adani Rewards are void. Any person who commits such an act is liable for damages, litigation, and related costs to ADL, which reserves the right, to terminate the Adani Rewards Membership of the transferor or remove such person from the ADL Network or deactivate such transferor’s Adani Rewards Membership Account.
9. Adani Reward Points statement, Program updates & notices
9.1. Adani Rewards program members can call the ‘ADL Contact Centre’ numbers or check on the digital platform to obtain a summary of their recent transactions and obtain their Adani Reward Points balance.
9.2. Any notice, information, intimation, change, modification, or alteration of the Adani Rewards shall be deemed to have been given to the Adani Rewards Member forthwith upon updating Adani business digital platforms of such changes, modification, alteration or notice.
10. Redemption of Adani Reward Points
10.1. ADL Reward Points can either be redeemed at the Adani Rewards Catalogue, flight bookings or at any of the ADL Network Partners, subject to the Adani Rewards Member providing the required credentials (i.e., Adani Rewards Member information, Password etc.).
10.2. Adani Rewards Members will not be eligible to redeem their accrued Adani Reward Points on the amount paid for Travel insurance and Zero Cancellation Insurance on Flight booking (Domestic/International).
10.3. On receipt of the request for redemptions for the Adani Rewards points by ‘ADL Contact Centre’ or visiting the ADL Partners, the specified number of Adani Reward Points will automatically be deducted from the accumulated Adani Reward Points of the Adani Rewards Members account.
10.4. All requests issued for Adani Rewards are subject to any statutory regulations, rules, and restrictions, if any and the Adani Rewards Member agrees to abide by such statutory regulations, rules, and restrictions.
10.5. Adani Rewards and Adani Reward Points have no monetary refund value.
10.6. For the purpose of redemption, the Adani Reward Member will directly enter a sale and purchase relationship with the concerned Adani Network Partner(s)/ Seller(s) of the Adani Rewards. ADL only facilitates the redemption of Adani Reward Points.
10.7. Redeemed Rewards are not exchangeable for other rewards or refundable.
10.8. Earn scenario: If a user earns points in decimal value, the points will be brought down to the floor value. Example: Final earnings of the user are 27.5 Reward Points; the user will only get 27 Reward Points.
10.9. Burn scenario: In case a user wants to burn Reward Points, and the final value is in decimal, then the value for those transactions, we will use the ceiling value of the points to be burnt. Example: Total cart value = 100.20, and the user wants to pay 100% by points; in this case, we will debit 101 Reward Points from the user's account.
10.10. Once the user selects the Reward Points checkbox, Floor values for Reward Points redemption will be reflected on the payment page, order page and order summary page. For e.g., If the points are 107.2, the reflected points will be 107.
11. Termination of Adani Rewards membership
11.1.An Adani rewards Member may terminate his/her Adani Rewards Membership by calling the ‘ADL Contact Centre’ and requesting for termination. The Adani Rewards Member shall provide the required credentials vis-a-vis customer information already provided by the Adani Rewards Member.
11.2. Misuse of ADL membership benefits may result in termination of the membership or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of ADL.
11.3. Disqualification of an Adani Rewards Member, arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud, and misuse of Adani Rewards or acts in a manner inconsistent with any central/state/local laws, statutes, or ordinances, may result in immediate termination of Adani Rewards membership and cancellation of all Adani Reward Points. Any Adani Rewards Member so disqualified shall not be entitled to redeem his/her Adani Reward Points after such disqualification.
11.4. Upon the death of an Adani Rewards Member, his/her Adani Rewards Membership account will be closed, and all outstanding Adani Reward Points will expire.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1. Settlement of disputes: Terms and conditions, set herein shall be governed by the laws of India only. All disputes arising under the terms and conditions shall be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. Only in case, such negotiations are unsuccessful, the Member shall resort to legal recourse, which shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi only. All claims and disputes arising under the terms and conditions should be notified to ADL within 60 working days from the event date, after which no Adani Rewards Member shall have any claim against ADL.
12.2. ADL or its Parent Company shall have the right to transfer, assign and sell in any manner, in whole or in part, the Program to any third party of its choice without reference or intimation to the Adani Rewards Members.
12.3. Adani Rewards Membership enrolment and eligibility, earning Adani Reward Points, claiming Adani Rewards, availability of Adani Rewards and redemption are subject to the terms and conditions herein and are subject to any applicable laws and regulations.
12.4. ADL reserves the right to terminate the Program, by giving 30 working days’ notice to all Adani Rewards Members.
12.5. Upon termination or withdrawal of the Program, all Adani Rewards Members will be given 30 working days’ time, within which they may use the Adani Reward Points in their Adani Rewards Membership Account to request for Adani Rewards, after which the Adani Reward Points will be purged or cancelled.
12.6. ADL and ADL Partners shall not be liable to any Adani Rewards Member or his/her nominee or companion, for any direct or indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with ADL, including the functioning of the helpline and/or provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by the negligence or otherwise, and whether ADL and/or any of its ADL Partners have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
12.7. Every Adani member acknowledges, represents, and warrants that he/she is the sole and exclusive owner of his Adani Rewards Membership account and the only authorised user of his/her ADL account's credentials. Adani Rewards member also accepts the sole responsibility to keep his/her, Unique Identification Number, password, and account details confidential. Member is solely responsible for all the orders placed and other activities in the account (like profile changes, address changes, etc.)
12.8. ADL will not ask for Adani Rewards Member’s passwords and other details through any E-mail, Call, SMS, Social Network, etc. Please beware of spam mails and phishing calls, and do not share your Adani Rewards Membership Account details via mail id / SMS / any other source which appears to be coming from an unauthorised source.
13. Adani Rewards catalogue terms and conditions
13.1. The Adani Rewards Catalogue facilitates the online sale and purchase of merchandise and services ("Services") offered by Seller(s) / registered merchants/vendors/service providers ("Seller(s)"); all terms are offered by and agreed to be between Adani Rewards Member and Seller(s) alone. The terms include, without limitation, price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services and after-sales services related to products and services. ADL does not have any control or does not determine or advise, or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between the Adani Rewards Member/s and Seller/s.
13.2. Availability of the Rewards and Adani Reward Points required for Redemption in the Adani Rewards Catalogue are subject to change without prior notice.
13.3. All Rewards sent will be as per the description mentioned in the Adani Rewards Catalogue
13.4. Selection of Rewards offered for Redemption in the Rewards Catalogue is and will be at the sole discretion of ADL or its Seller(s) and is liable to change without prior notice.
13.5. ADL is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, a product or service, or if any Seller(s) withdraws from this program or for any effect on or devaluation of rewards caused by such change, discontinuance, or withdrawal. Adani Rewards Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any rewards or award level.
13.6. ADL does not accept liability for damage to persons or property whatsoever caused in relation to Rewards redeemed by Adani Rewards Members in the Program.
13.7. Rewards image displayed on the Rewards Catalogue is merely indicative and subject to change as per availability and is not final.
13.8. ADL/Seller(s) reserves the right to refuse to process any Transactions, whether by using Adani Reward Points by Adani Rewards Members with a prior history of questionable charges, including without limitation breach of any agreements by Adani Rewards Member with ADL or breach/violation of any law or breach of any ADL / Seller policy.
13.9. Adani Rewards Members acknowledge that ADL will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc., resulting from not processing a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction / Transaction Price which is beyond the control of ADL.
13.10.All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure, and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Adani Rewards Member and his/her respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.
13.11. All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank, which supports Payment Facility to provide these services to the Adani Rewards Members. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Adani Rewards Member and his/her respective Issuing Bank.
14. Warranties / Guarantee
14.1. All warranties and guarantees on the Adani Rewards are the sole responsibility of the Seller(s) (except in some cases where the warranty or guarantee may be from the manufacturer(s)) providing the Adani Rewards. ADL shall not be liable or responsible for any defect or deficiency in the Adani Rewards whatsoever. All guarantees and warranties on the Adani Rewards shall be transferred as is from the manufacturer or the Seller(s).
14.2. Adani Rewards Members must contact the respective Seller(s) / Manufacturer (in case of manufacturer warranty) in the event of any defect or deficiency in the Adani Rewards redeemed. Alternatively, within the warranty period, the Adani Rewards Member may choose to contact ‘ADL Contact Center’ for any defect or deficiency in the Adani Rewards. In such an event, ADL will purely act as a complaint-routing agent. ADL will not be liable or responsible for the products and services offered through the Adani Rewards Catalogue, and ADL gives no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to the type, quality or fitness of goods acquired or their suitability for any purpose provided by the Supplier under this Program, whatsoever.
14.3. Adani Rewards in the form of gift vouchers or vouchers featured in the Adani Rewards Catalogue always carry a validity period, post which these vouchers will not be honoured by the Seller(s) or issuer of a gift voucher. All gift vouchers will be subject to their respective terms and conditions of the Seller(s). Kindly note that Gift vouchers should be utilized within the expiry dates mentioned on the voucher. Gift Vouchers will not be revalidated under any circumstances.
15. Return / Exchange Policy
15.1. If the Adani Rewards Member intends to return the product purchased from the Adani Airports to the outside store of the respective retailer, in such a scenario, the terms and conditions qua the Return/ Exchange of the product of the respective retailer will be applicable.
15.2. The Adani Reward Points are earned through the purchase of retail products from Adani Airports; in case of returns, a credit note will be issued by the respective retailer to the user for his/her future transaction with the respective retailer.
16. Refund Policy
16.1. In case of refunds, the Adani Reward points consumed for that specific order would be reversed back to the Adani Rewards Membership Account.
16.2. Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to ADL in case of any misuse by Adani Rewards Member.
16.3. Refund shall be subject to Adani Rewards Member complying with Policies.
16.4. Refunds for any cancelled/returned orders would be processed within forty five working days from the date of raising the request.
16.5. In case a user has made a payment for the purchase of a product by redeeming his/her accrued Reward Points, in the event of cancellation by the user, in such scenario, applicable Adani Reward Points will be restored to the user’s balance Adani Reward Points (if any).
17. Disclaimer
17.1. The Program does not constitute a PPI under the RBI guidelines. The Adani Rewards and Adani Reward Points have no monetary value. The Program is being implemented by ADL at its discretion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions entitles an Adani Rewards Member to receive any monetary value for the Adani Reward Points or Adani Rewards.
17.2. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
