Definitions:
“Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership” shall mean a membership awarded to Adani Rewards ULTRA Member for a period of 12 months or otherwise as defined by the ADL on its own discretion.
“Adani Rewards ULTRA Member” shall mean an Adani Rewards Member who holds an Adani One ICICI Bank Credit Card or spend ₹25 lakh on Adani One Platform within 12 months, and make at least one transaction each on Flights, Hotels, Pranaam Service, Car Parking, and Duty Free. “Program Partner” shall mean a service providers partnered with ADL for provide offers and discounts to the Adani Rewards ULTRA Member(s). “Adani One ICICI Bank Credit Card” shall mean the co-branded credit card issued by ICICI bank in the Territory (defined below) in pursuant to an understanding with ADL, which bears ICICI Bank trademarks, Adani One trademark. “Territory” means the Republic of India.
Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) - Adani Rewards ULTRA Program
The Terms and Conditions set out the contractual relationship between ADL and Adani Rewards ULTRA Member.
Any Adani Rewards Member can be eligible for Adani Rewards ULTRA Member if he/she holds an Adani One ICICI Bank Credit Card or spend ₹25 lakh on Adani One Platform within 12 months, and make at least one transaction each on Flights, Hotels, Pranaam Service, Car Parking, and Duty Free.
The Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of confirmation by ADL. The validity of the Membership can be extended or reduced on sole discretion of ADL.
Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership shall at all times remain the property of ADL, and ADL reserves the right at all times in its absolute discretion and without giving notice to any person, to refuse to grant Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership, to revoke Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership or refuse with or without assigning any reason thereof.
When a Adani Rewards ULTRA Member seeks to use or obtain any of the services, benefits, facilities or arrangements offered, the provision of such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements will be subject to the respective terms and conditions of the Program Partner providing the said benefits, facilities or arrangements and ADL does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements offered by a Program Partner to the Members.
If benefits, facilities or arrangements are provided or made available to an Adani Rewards ULTRA Member as a result of his/her Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership, whether these are provided by ADL or by any other Program Partner, such a Adani Rewards ULTRA Member will be personally liable for any and all costs, taxes, surcharges, fees, charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from the provision or availability or usage of such benefits, facilities or arrangements.
Continued usage of the Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership by an Adani Rewards ULTRA Member will be regarded as acceptance by such Adani Rewards ULTRA Member of current Terms and Conditions, as may be amended by ADL in its sole discretion.
ADL may accept or reject any Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership at its absolute discretion. If an individual is rejected for Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership, then any benefit that may have been earned to the individual using an Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership will be null and void.
In a situation where the member is unable to fulfill the requisite conditions, their Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership will be automatically cancelled.
When a member seeks to use or obtain any of the services, benefits, facilities or arrangements offered by ADL, the provision of such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements will be subject to the respective Terms and Conditions of the provider of said benefits, facilities or arrangements and ADL does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements offered by a Program Partner to the Members. For disputes related to benefits through Program Partners, Members are requested to contact the Program Partners directly.
ADL and/or Program Partners shall not be liable to any Adani Rewards ULTRA Member or any person deriving rights through the Adani Rewards ULTRA Members in Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the Adani Rewards ULTRA Program and/or the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by the negligence or otherwise, and whether ADL and/or its Program Partners have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
ADL will endeavor to ensure the availability of services provided by ADL and Program Partners to the Adani Rewards ULTRA Members, but it does not warrant the same in any manner and will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by ADL or any other Program Partners to provide the said services.
To the extent permissible by local law or regulation, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. ADL and each Member submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi to resolve any disputes that may arise between them.
Any part of these Terms and Conditions which is unenforceable for any reason shall be considered capable of being cut out so as not to affect the remainder of these Terms and Conditions in any way. ADL shall not be required to provide any service or otherwise act in pursuance of these Terms and Conditions if to do so would be contrary to law.
Reasonable care has been taken to ensure that information contained in the Terms and Conditions and in any publications and advertisements in connection with ADL is accurate, but ADL will not accept any liability with respect to any errors or omissions in any information, whether written or verbal.
In the event ADL makes any changes to the Adani Rewards ULTRA Program, it shall be the Adani Rewards ULTRA Member's responsibility to update himself/herself at all times about such changes.
Adani Rewards ULTRA Membership enrolment and eligibility, benefits and offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions as provided herein and are subject to any applicable laws and regulations.
Program Partner Product/Service - General Conditions
Airport Dining terms and conditions
The Adani Rewards ULTRA Member must ask for the Offer before placing the order/asking for the bill and must present a valid, unexpired Adani One ICICI Bank Credit Card before the bill is processed.
In the event the Adani Rewards ULTRA Member fails to request the Offer before the bill is generated, the Program Partner/ADL shall not be responsible for any refund.
Program Partner will provide a 15% instant discount on a minimum order value of ₹500 with a maximum discount of ₹300 per transaction.
The discount is not applicable to the purchase of any combos and can’t be clubbed with existing offers and any other discounts and/or corporate discounts available at the Adani One Platform.
Taxes, where applicable shall be borne by the Adani Rewards ULTRA Member.
The Offer shall not be valid on any third party MRP products, such as water bottle; Pepsi PET bottles/ cans, etc. or any other items as may be determined by the Program Partner.
The offer is available for dine-in and take-away customers.
The offer is valid only on food and soft beverages and not on bar/liquor.
Nasher Miles Terms and Conditions:
The E-Gift Card will be sent to the registered Email ID within 60 days from the card activation.
The E-Gift Card can be used against your purchase on nashermiles.com.
Every E-Gift Card has a unique code. To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter this code in your shopping cart.
In cases where the order is cancelled, the E-Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card.
A single E-Gift Card value can be redeemed in multiple purchases.
Multiple E-Gift Cards cannot be applied for a single order.
Unused E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
E-Gift Cards may only be redeemed for orders shipped in India.
EazyDiner Terms and Conditions:
The offer is valid for EazyDiner users only, so the user needs to register on EazyDiner.
EazyDiner Prime membership cannot be refunded or claimed in cash.
The EazyDiner Prime membership discount deal can be clearly identified on the restaurant screen. All restaurants with Prime deals will have a minimum of 25% discount as specified in the deal. This discount and will be applied by the restaurant to your bill amount. Please check your dining bill for the same when you receive it from the restaurant.
Not all restaurants bookable on EazyDiner will have Prime deals or are available for payments via PayEazy. The 25% Prime discounts are not available at non-Prime restaurants. All restaurants are tagged accordingly as Prime, PayEazy or both on the EazyDiner App.
Prime membership and payments using PayEazy are applicable only at select restaurants. The 25% guaranteed discount is applicable at Prime-enabled restaurants.
All 1+1 deals included in the Prime Membership are valid when a minimum of 2 guests are dining. For example, with 3 guests dining, charges apply to 2 guests, and 1 guest will eat for free; with 5 guests, charges apply to 3 guests, and 2 guests eat for free.
The restaurants and the offers are dynamic as we continuously improve the product, hence offers at restaurants may change without any prior notice.
Restaurant booking details and applicable deals will be communicated to the restaurants. Upon arrival, please inform the restaurant about your reservation through EazyDiner and show the booking message along with the deal for a hassle-free experience.
EazyDiner shall not be liable for the dining experience at partner restaurants as we solely assist in fulfilling reservations with special offers.
EazyDiner shall not be liable if any restaurant is temporarily or permanently closed. In case there are any concerns, please call the EazyDiner VIP concierge line at +917861004400.
The team at EazyDiner will make its best efforts to resolve extreme situations if the restaurant denies the promised discount or refuse payment via the app. If such an event occurs, please report it immediately during dining to the EazyDiner concierge at +917861004400.EazyDiner will not be responsible for cases reported post dining time.
