The Terms and Conditions is a legal contract between You being, an individual customer, user, or beneficiary of this service, and ADL having its registered office at - Adani Corporate House, Shantigram, near Vaishno Devi Circle, SG Highway, Khodiyar, Ahmedabad - 382421 and business office at Adani Corporate House, Plot No 83, Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurgaon-122001. ADL acts as an “Intermediary” solely to assist Customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related products and services, making legitimate bookings/reservations, and for facilitating travel requirements. The details available on the Website is only for the use and information purpose and there is no advertisement, personal communication, solicitation, invitation or inducement of any sort whatsoever by Us.
You acknowledge that ADL is merely acting in a limited role of the technology facilitator offering their services on the Site, and that ADL merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate services to You. ADL doesn’t operate any bus or offer the service of transportation to the User, ADL also doesn’t act as an agent of any bus operator ("Service Provider”) in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services. ADL is not the last mile service provider to you and therefore ADL shall not be deemed to be responsible for, and shall have no liability for, any lack, or deficiency, interruption, change, rescheduling, delay, or cancellation of services, including but not limited to seat/berth preferences or any other lack or deficiency of services. ADL is not responsible for any refunds in connection with any services offered by any person on the Site except for passing on such refunds to Customers as and when received from Service Providers, other than refunds of convenience fees or any other fees paid to ADL for the services provided to Customers (subject to such refund requests being in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with the terms of the applicable ticket / booking).
All materials on this Site, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such like (“Content”), are protected by copyright under international conventions and intellectual property laws. You cannot use or license the Content, except as specified herein. You agree to follow all instructions on this Site limiting the way you may use the Content.
There are several proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks found on this Site whether owned/used by ADL or otherwise. By displaying them on this Site, ADL is not granting you any license to utilize those proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks. Modification (i.e. changing the travel date / changing the boarding / dropping point) of the tickets is not possible, please call customer care to cancel the ticket and make a new booking.
