Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Holidays Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Holidays

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) are an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents/records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. These T&C do not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.

This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries’ Guidelines) Rules, 2011, prescribed under Information Technology Act, 2000, that require publishing the rules and regulations, our privacy policy, and user agreement for access or usage of the website.

These T&C are a legally binding document between ADL and User (both terms defined below). These T&C use will be effective upon your acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form or by means of an electronic record) and will govern the relationship between the ADL and the User for the use of the website.

 

Please read these T&C carefully. By using the website, you indicate that you understand, agree and consent to these T&C. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not use this website. By using this website, you hereby provide your unconditional consent or agreement to as provided under section 43A and section 72A of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

The Terms & Conditions of Adani One located at the URL https://www.adanione.com/terms-and-conditions, mobile sites, or mobile application (“Platform”), are between Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (“ADL” or “We” or “Us” or “Our"), a Company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office situated at Adani Corporate House, Shantigram, Ahmedabad and the guest users or registered users of the Website ("You" or "Your" or "Yourself", “User” or "Customer") describe the terms on which the offers You access to the Website and such other services as are incidental and ancillary thereto and shall be read in part and parcel of the terms and conditions mentioned below.

These T&C are a contract between You and ADL. These T&C shall be read together with the Privacy Policy or other Terms and Condition with all other notices, disclaimers, guidelines appearing on the Platform from time to time (collectively referred to as "Agreement(s)") constitute the entire agreement upon which You are allowed to access and use the Website and avail the services.

Please note we act as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the User for selecting the services offered by the service provider. The details available on the Website is only for the use and information purpose and there is no advertisement, personal communication, solicitation, invitation, or inducement of any sort whatsoever by us to solicit any sales of liquor through the Website.

Order and Acceptance

Customers are required to purchase the desired holiday/deal voucher and redeem the same at their convenience for booking confirmation.

Customers are advised to plan their redemption days well in advance (15 days for Domestic travel and 30 days for international) for desired dates confirmation.

Every property has predefined blackout dates during which bookings aren’t accepted or deals don’t apply. These dates are mentioned in the holiday deals terms and conditions section.

Holiday deals are sold as-is and we do not support modification requests for these deals. Anything beyond the offered package needs to be addressed directly with the property, subject to the property owner’s discretion.

Redemption requests are accepted by our team, and bookings are confirmed with a turnaround time of around 24 hrs for domestic and 48 hrs for international bookings.


RESCHEDULE POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we support one-time rescheduling for eligible properties free of cost.

For non-reschedulable cases, the respective cancellation and refund policy applies to the property.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Travel plans can often change unexpectedly. We at Adani One believe in helping our customers in the event of such crisis. We encourage our customers to contact us in case of any issues faced. Adani One will be happy to help.


Bookings affected by COVID-19 - Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • In case you are either unable to travel due to travel restrictions imposed by government of your country of residence or the destination country, or in case the hotel is temporarily closed, you will be entitled to the following policies:
  • Adani One will assist the customer with a free change in the travel date to a future date, subject to availability and changes in price for the newly requested dates. If there is a difference in price for the new date, the booking will only be confirmed after the receipt of the balance payment by the guest.
  • All bookings will remain non-cancellable and non-refundable unless they are cancelled before the stipulated time-period, as per the specific terms and conditions mentioned with the said holiday package booked by the customer.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Customers have the option to cancel the booking, provided the cancellation date is within the stipulated time-period as per the specific terms and conditions mentioned with the respective holiday package (both for domestic and international bookings) booked by the customer before the check-in date. Customers can choose the mode of refund here.-


  • Customer can contact Adani One support at support@adanione.com while at the destination if any inclusions mentioned in the package are not delivered. If the customer fails to contact Adani One support he/she will not be considered for refund, if any.
  • If the cancellation date does not meet the above criteria, customers are obliged to pay the full amount of the deal.
  • If the traveller does not show up on the day of check-in, he/she is obliged to pay charges equivalent to full stay.
  • If due to unavoidable circumstances, hotel has to cancel the booking, the traveller will get a choice between a full refund in the original mode of payment or choosing a different hotel in the same price range.
  • In case of a booking cancellation, any TCS (Tax Collection at Source) portion (if any) would remain non-refundable and can be claimed by the customer while filing their tax returns.

Refund Policy:


Domestic bookings-

  • Change in dates is permissible at no additional charge for domestic bookings, provided that the change is made within the stipulated time-period as per the specific terms and conditions mentioned with the respective holiday package booked by the customer. If there is a difference in price for the new date, the booking will only be confirmed after the receipt of the balance payment by the customer. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.


  • International Booking-

  • Change in dates is permissible at no additional charge for international bookings, provided that the change is made within the stipulated time-period as per the specific terms and conditions mentioned with the said holiday package by the customer. If there is a difference in price for the new date, the booking will only be confirmed after the receipt of the balance payment by the customer. The final decision regarding date changes is at the sole discretion of the Hotel and the Hotel reserves the right to decline a change in dates, should availability not exist on newly requested dates.

  • Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • If the request for cancellation/change in date is made after the expiry of the stipulated time period for cancellation of the booking.
  • No show by the customer on the day of check-in.

  • CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES:

  • Customer can get in touch with Adani one support at support@adanione.com regarding any grievance issue, we will try our best to improve your experience. However, Adani One is not liable to make any refunds in this case.
  • If the customer is unable to avail any inclusion due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, etc.), Adani One is not liable to make any refunds.
  • If there are any amendments/additions to the existing package (Transportation, extra meals, additional facilities, etc.), the entire cost is to be borne by the customer. Any cancellations for this would be at the discretion of the service provider, Adani One is not liable to make any refunds for the additions.

  • GENERAL DISCLAIMERS: WARRANTY, INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

     

    Adani One strives to ensure that all the information provided by it, is correct, but we neither warrant nor make any representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or credibility of any data or information. Adani One makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the website and/or its contents and disclaims all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability in respect of services, including any liability, responsibility or any other claim, whatsoever, in respect of any loss, whether direct or consequential, to any user or any other person, arising out of or from the use of any such information.

     

    To the extent Adani One acts only as a booking facilitator of services on behalf of third party service providers, it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and the customer as regards the standards and rendering of services by the service providers. Adani One shall further not have responsibility or liability in relation to the validity of the legal rights related to third party content. All third party intellectual property rights as displayed on the website are owned by respective parties and Adani One does not claim any rights over the same. The mere displaying of information about events, the intellectual property related thereto by third parties or further facilitating reservations in relation to third party events, does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute Adani One’s sponsorship or approval of related third-parties, or any affiliation between Adani One and any such third parties.

     

    Adani One does not endorse any advertiser and/or their services on its website in any manner. The customer is requested to verify the accuracy of all such information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.

     

    You shall indemnify and hold harmless Us, and Our owner(s), licensee(s), affiliate(s) (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable fees of attorneys', made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of these T&C, our privacy policy and other terms and conditions, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

     

    Adani One only provides information and related services to facilitate and assist travel and tourism to various destinations across India as well as select foreign countries. It does not take any responsibility for any damage or loss to persons or property that may result from travel to such destinations.
