These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) are an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents/records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. These T&C do not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.

This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries’ Guidelines) Rules, 2011 prescribed under Information Technology Act, 2000 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of the website.

These T&C are a legally binding document between ADL and User (both terms defined below). These T&C use will be effective upon your acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form or by means of an electronic record) and will govern the relationship between the ADL and User for the use of the website.

The Terms & Conditions of Adani One located at the URL https://www.adanione.com, mobile sites or mobile application (“Website”) is between Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (“ADL” or “We” or “Us” or “Our"), a Company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office situated at Adani Corporate House, Shantigram, Ahmedabad and the guest users or registered users of the Website ("You" or "Your" or "Yourself", “User” or "Customer") describe the terms on which the offers You access to the Website and such other services as are incidental and ancillary thereto and shall be read in part and parcel of the terms and conditions mentioned below.

These T&C is a contract between You and ADL. These T&C shall be read together with the privacy policy or other terms and condition with all other notices, disclaimers, guidelines appearing on the Website from time to time (collectively referred to as "Agreement(s)") constitute the entire agreement upon which You are allowed to access and use the Website and avail the services.

Please note we act as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the User to select the services being offered by the service provider. The details available on the Website is only for the use and information purpose and there is no advertisement, personal communication, solicitation, invitation, or inducement of any sort whatsoever by us to solicit any sales of liquor through the Website.

We are dedicated to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. We never rent or sell your details to any third party. Your data is stored securely on our database and will only be disclosed to our trusted partners upon your express consent for your better experience in using our App, products & services. Use of the Website

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

• You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation and enter into this T&C. Only Customers who are 18 years of age or older may use the Website for the services.
• You will use this Website to make only legitimate reservations for yourself or for any other person for whom you are legally authorized to act,
• You will inform such other persons about the T&Cs that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.
• You will provide your proper and accurate Name (as per Passport or any other office ID), Address, Email ID, Cell Number. You will be solely responsible for the Information provided and in case of any error or mistake in provision of information, ADL will not be liable for the same.
• All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete.
• If you have an online account with the Website, you will safeguard your login details – login ID and password and will supervise the same.
• You will be completely responsible for any use or misuse of your account by you or any other person.
• ADL retains the right in its sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.

Bookings and Our Liability

• We act only as a facilitator between the service provider and User. The transaction is always between the service provider and the User. However, we charge only convenience fee for facilitation of such service.
• The voucher issued by us is based on the inventory availability information provided by our service provider and we cannot be held liable for a failure of the service provider to accommodate a User with a confirmed booking and service standards or any other service-related issues. In the event of denial of check-in by the service provider, our liability is limited to providing a similar alternate accommodation (subject to availability) or refunding the booking amount to you. Any service-related concern or issues needs to be resolved directly between the user and the service provider.
• The service provider reserves the right of admission, and we have no influence over their decisions. We are not responsible for check-in denials due to these reasons or any other reasons beyond its control. Customer will follow the term and conditions of the service provider.
• It is the sole responsibility of the service provider to ensure it has all the requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and permits from appropriate authorities required to provide the services. We give no warranty or assurance regarding requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and permits which the service provider is supposed to obtain from appropriate authorities.
• We shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any claims with respect to the services including without limitation, claims pertaining to timeliness, safety, continuity, uninterrupted travel, quality, conditions of accommodation, cancellation of the booking by the service provider due to any reason whatsoever.

Information Accuracy and Discrepancies

• The information provided on the Website, including hotel category, images, room types, amenities and facilities available at the hotels or any other accommodations are based on the information provided by our service providers.
• In the event of discrepancies between pictures/images of the hotel on the Website and actual hotel settings then Customer can raise such issue with the concerned hotel directly. We, being a facilitator, holds no responsibility for the resolution of any such discrepancies.

Payment Terms

• The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, convenience fee (if applicable), and the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
• Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Travel plans can often change unexpectedly. We at Adani One believe in helping our customers in the event of such crisis. We encourage our customers to contact us in case of any issues faced. Adani One will be happy to help.
• User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount
• User can also call our customer support in case of any assistance required for booking cancellation.
• Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as cancelling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
• In case Adani One or hotel cancels the booking, a refund will be processed to the respective account from which payment was made for that booking.
• User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
• Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
• Any requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
• If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Refund Policy

• Booking amount can be refunded basis the cancellation policy updated by the hotel.
• In case booking is cancelled by the user, the promo code will be considered null & void. If it’s a one-time promo, user will not be able to use the same promo again. In case of multi-use promo, the count will be decremented.
• In case order is cancelled by Adani One, the promo code will be reversed back to the user, provided the promo code validity period has not lapsed.
• Cancellation can be initiated only before the check-in date and time.
• In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.
• You agree to pay any cancellation fees that may incur. In limited cases, some reservations cannot be cancelled after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations
• Refund amount to the original mode of payment will be processed within 10 working days.
• Refund amount can be checked in order detail page under ‘Orders & Bookings’.
• Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

• The booking amount is considered non-refundable if a cancellation occurs after the scheduled check-in date and time.
• If the hotel's cancellation policy prohibits refunds, the booking will be deemed non-cancellable as well.

Visa Guidelines

• Please carry a valid visa for the country you will be visiting or transiting through. Please check with the concerned airline and embassy for concerned Visa requirements.

Warranty, Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

• We strive to ensure that all the information on the Website, which is provided by service provider, is correct, but we neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or credibility of any data or information. We make no warranty, express or implied, concerning the Website and/or its contents and disclaims all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability in respect of services, including any liability, responsibility or any other claim, whatsoever, in respect of any loss, whether direct or consequential, to any User or any other person, arising out of or from the use of any such information.
• We act only as a booking facilitator of services on behalf of third party service providers, we will not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and the Customer with regards to the standards and rendering of services by the service providers. We shall further not have responsibility or liability in relation to the validity of the legal rights related to third party content. All third-party intellectual property rights as displayed on the Website are owned by respective parties and we do not claim any rights over the same. The mere displaying of information about events, the intellectual property related thereto by third parties or further facilitating reservations in relation to third party events, does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute our sponsorship or approval of related third-parties, or any affiliation between us and any such third parties.
• We do not endorse any advertiser and/or their services on the Website in any manner. The Customer is requested to verify the accuracy of all such information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.
• You shall indemnify and hold harmless Us, and Our owner(s), licensee(s), affiliate(s) (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable fees of attorneys', made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of these T&C, our privacy policy and other terms and conditions, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
• Adani One only provides information and related services to facilitate and assist travel and tourism to various destinations across India as well as select foreign countries. It does not take any responsibility for any damage or loss to person or property that may result from travel to such destinations.
