Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Adani Reward Catalogue Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Adani Reward Catalogue

  1. 1. Eligibility

    • Adani Rewards Catalog (Program) is open to all Adani Reward members who are enrolled via mobile number as a member of the Program holding Adani Rewards in the Adani Rewards Membership Account. Membership to the Program is governed by these terms and conditions, which are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (ADL/”us”/”our”/”we”).
  2. 2. General Condition

    • “Rewards” mean the Merchandize or Electronic Gift Voucher (EGV), which are listed/displayed on the Adani Rewards Catalog and available for Adani Rewards Members for the redemption of their Adani Reward Points.
    • Adani Rewards Members can browse through the Adani Rewards Catalog with easy search filter and sort options.
    • The amount displayed for Rewards on the Adani Rewards Catalog will be inclusive of all applicable taxes, and Adani Rewards members can pay by Points to avail of the Rewards, which are inclusive of the shipping price, if any.
    • The Images shown on the Adani Rewards Catalog are for demonstration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the image shown on the Adani Rewards Catalog.
    • The Rewards displayed on the Adani Rewards Catalog are subject to availability.
    • All Rewards purchase requests will be fulfilled within the timelines as mentioned herein below for the different categories of the Rewards unless the delay is due to conditions beyond the control of the affiliate partner.
    • If the Adani Rewards Member does not receive the Rewards, he/she must notify the same by reaching out to our customer care within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • E-vouchers (EGV) featured will carry a validity period, post which these e-vouchers will not be honoured by the vendors issuing the vouchers.
    • In the event of any dispute between ADL and the Adani Rewards member on the Rewards order, the decision of ADL shall be deemed final and binding.
    • The Rewards shall be governed by warranties, terms and conditions of respective manufacturers, brands, or suppliers. ADL would not be held responsible for defects or deficiencies in service or any other aspect regarding the quality and service of the Rewards.
    • Rewards purchases done through Adani Rewards Catalog cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or modified.
    • Our role shall not extend to, and, in any case, ADL shall not bear the responsibility of any kind in respect of taking possession, of any of the Rewards offered by the affiliate partner, in the course of a transaction or hold any right, title or interest over the Rewards offered by the affiliate partner or incur any obligations or liabilities in respect of such contract.
    • Not all Rewards are available in all geographic areas. Your eligibility for Rewards is subject to final determination and acceptance by the affiliate partners.
  3. 3. Redemption process

    • The redemption value of Adani Reward Points on Adani Rewards Catalog will be variable up to a value of Re.1. ADL reserves the right to change or vary the rate at which the Rewards Points are awarded and redeemed. The rate/value at which vouchers/products/any other item is redeemed is dynamic, varies from item to item and is subject to change at any time without any notice.
    • Adani Reward Points can either be redeemed at the Adani Rewards Catalog, flight bookings or at any of the ADL network partners, subject to the Adani Rewards Member providing the required credentials (i.e., Adani Rewards Member information, Password, email ID etc.)
    • Adani Rewards Members can select and redeem their points for the Rewards as per their Adani Rewards balance. Adani Reward Points would be deducted from the Adani Rewards balance on successful transactions, and automated order receipts would be sent over email.
    • Once your order has been successfully placed, confirmation of the receipt of the order and an order number will be provided via an SMS/Email provided to the Adani Rewards Member.
    • Email address is mandatory for merchandise purchase or EGV redemption.
    • Adani Rewards members can check the status of the transaction in the transaction history.
    • The delivery of the Rewards will vary from product to product and will be applicable as per the product delivery policy and will be applicable within India only.
  4. 4. Rewards Delivery Policy

    • Merchandise
      • Rewards (merchandise) will be delivered within 7 (seven) business days.
      • 90% of the orders will be delivered as per its turnaround time.
      • 10% of the orders might cross turnaround time due to Pin Code restrictions, and delivery to remote cities might take longer time.
      • Adani Reward Points shall expire after a time determined by ADL, and the Adani Rewards members shall not be entitled to redeem any of such lapsed Adani Reward Points.
    • RTO- Return to Origin

      In case the Adani Reward member is not available at the given address:

      • Timelines for such deliveries will be 15 business days.
      • 1st delivery attempt will be at the address mentioned at the time of placing the order.
      • 2nd delivery attempt will be at the address confirmed by the Adani Rewards members over the phone/email.
      • In case the second delivery attempt getting failed, the orders will lead to cancellation and refund of Adani Reward Points.
    • Defective Product
      • Adani Rewards members need to inform customer care by providing images and details of the defective product within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
      • In case the product is defective, Adani Rewards members will be given a choice to either get a replacement of the product or a refund of Adani Rewards Points. (post-validation only).
      • The number of days may vary depending on the case. Generally, 95% of the cases are resolved within 15 working days (from the date of escalation), but for the remaining 5% of the cases, the process may take around 30 working days.
    • Electronic Gift Voucher (EGV)
      • Delivery of EGV code is done in real-time on the registered email id.
      • It’s a member's responsibility to ensure that the email address mentioned for EGVs during redemption is valid. ADL would not be responsible for any errors by members during redemption requests as EGVs are sent in real-time on the email Ids as entered by the member.
      • In case Adani Rewards member has not received the email with EGV code, the same will be pushed within 1 Business Day post receiving information from Adani Rewards Member.
      • In case Adani Rewards member faces an issue with the voucher code generated by the listed brand available on the Adani Rewards Catalog, the issue will be raised with the respective brand, and the resolution shall be done as per the respective brand’s terms and conditions.
      • The validity of EGV will differ from brand to brand as per the brand’s terms and conditions.
      • Anyone can send EGV to another person as a gift. The receiver will get the E-Voucher number on his email/mobile number. Member will get an acknowledgement only.
      • You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the EGV. ADL would not be responsible for its misuse in any way.
      • Adani Rewards Members can download the receipt of the EGV from the transaction history post its delivery only.
  5. 5. Refund Policy

    • In case the second delivery attempt fails, such orders will lead to cancellation and refund of Adani Rewards Points.
    • In case of defective product-related refunds, the terms, and conditions under the heading defective product above under Rewards Delivery Policy will be applicable, and Adani Reward Points consumed for that specific order will be reversed back to the Adani Rewards Membership Account of the Adani Rewards Member post verification of the product.
    • Refund shall be subject to Adani Rewards Member complying with the Policies of the ADL.
    • Refunds for any cancelled/returned orders would be processed within 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of raising the request by the Adani Rewards Member.
  6. 6. Use of Information and Materials

    • The information and materials contained on the Platform and pages thereof, and the terms, conditions, and descriptions that appear, are subject to change without prior notification.
    • The terms and conditions herein shall be read in consonance with the terms and conditions specifically available at: https://www.adanione.com/terms-and-conditions/loyaltytermsandconditions.
  7. 7. Warranties / Guarantees

    • The Rewards will be governed by warranties, terms and conditions of respective manufacturers, brands, or suppliers. We would not be held responsible for defects or deficiencies in products or services or any other aspect over which ADL does not have any direct control.
    • We do not and shall not make any warranty or representation as regards the following:
      • accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials displayed on the platform or any pages redirected from this site. We expressly disclaim liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials.
      • specifics (including but not limited to quality, value, salability, non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose) of the Rewards sold by the affiliate partners.
      • timely and satisfactory performance of the contract of sale entered between Adani Reward members and the affiliate partners.
  8. 8. Indemnity

    • Adani Rewards members will indemnify and hold ADL harmless and the SMS/e-mail/telemarketing service provider, including its officials, from any damages, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever, including legal charges and attorney’s fees which ADL or the SMS/e-mail service provider may at any time incur, sustain, suffer or be subjected to as a consequence of, or arising out of, any of the following: (i) misuse by you or improper or fraudulent information provided by you; (ii) incorrect number or a number that belongs to an unrelated third party provided by you.
  9. 9. Limitation of Liability

    • Under no circumstances will ADL be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Adani Rewards Catalog, whether or not ADL has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances will ADL be liable to Adani Rewards members for any amount.
  10. 10. Customer Service

    • In case of any queries/ grievances, please call Customer Care at 1800-572-111111 or write an email to support@adanione.com for any queries to report the same within 3 business days from the day of receipt of the same.
  11. 11. Merchandise Booking

    • The amount for Rewards displayed on the Adani Rewards Catalog will be inclusive of all applicable taxes, and Adani Rewards Members can pay by Points to avail of the Rewards, which are inclusive of the shipping price, if any.
    • Redemption and use of the Adani Reward Points are subject to availability and to such conditions as may be specified by ADL.
    • The images shown on the Adani Rewards Catalog are for demonstration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the image shown on the Adani Rewards Catalog.
    • The Rewards displayed on the Adani Rewards Catalog are subject to availability.
    • If an Adani Rewards member does not receive Rewards, he/she must notify the same by reaching out to our customer care within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • All merchandise purchase requests will be fulfilled as per the delivery period mentioned while purchasing unless the delay is due to conditions beyond the control of the affiliate partner.
    • In the event of any dispute between ADL and the member on the item ordered, the decision of ADL shall be deemed final and binding.
    • The Rewards shall be governed by warranties, terms and conditions of respective manufacturers, brands, or suppliers. ADL would not be held responsible for defects or deficiencies in service or any other aspect regarding the quality and service of the Rewards.
    • Rewards purchases done through Adani Rewards Catalog cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or modified.
    • Adani Rewards Points for the returned products (if damaged) will be rolled back to the Adani Rewards membership account within 45 (forty-five) business days from the return date of the product.
