Terms and Conditions

1. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions of the Adani One Platform.
2. The base earn percentage of Adani Reward Points for pre-booking order of Duty-Free products is 1%.
3. Adani Reward Points accrued through transactions shall be credited to the Adani Rewards Membership Account of the Adani Reward Members within 7 working days from the date of delivery/successful fulfilment of the Duty-Free products booking.
4. Adani Reward Points will be calculated on the net paid amount only for the Duty Free products.
5. If an Adani Reward Member earns Adani Reward Points in decimal value, the Adani Reward Points will be brought down to the floor value. Example: Final earnings of the user are 27.5 Adani Reward Points; the user will only get 27 Adani Reward Points.
6. The offer is applicable on all Relevant Duty-Free stores available on the Adani One Platform.
7. We reserve the right to add/alter/change/ or vary at any time, without notice, any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entirely or in part, the offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether. We also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reason and / or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
8. In case of all matters relating to the offer, including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer, ADL decision shall be final and binding in all respects and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
9. We do not endorse any of the products being offered under the offer.
10. Images used in all the promotions or communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only and we shall not be liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
11. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer must be resolved as per our grievance policy.
12. All liabilities with respect to the products purchased lies with the Relevant Duty-Free Shops and we will not be liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
