Terms and Conditions

1. Use Code ‘SAVE100’ to get 5% off of up to ₹100/- on the first train ticket booking on Adani One, on a minimum booking value of ₹400/-.
2. The offer will only be applicable once per user, on the first Adani One train booking.
3. This offer is valid for bookings made from Oct 16, 2024, from 00:01 hrs until Mar 31, 2025, ending at 11:59 hrs.
4. Instant discount shall be provided at the time of booking.
5. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer available on the Adani One platform.
6. The transaction or the spending should only pertain to the train ticket booking category as categorized on Adani One only.
7. A convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability.
8. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Adani One Platform and in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to train bookings. Participation in this offer is voluntary and by participating in the offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the use of the Adani One Platform.
9. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by you, we reserve the right to deny the offer.
10. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these Terms.
11. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
12. Adani One reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
13. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by IRCTC.
14. In case of partial/full cancellation, the refund shall be made net of the offer amount and loyalty benefit through Adani Reward Point(s).
15. In case of partial cancellation, the entire offer amount shall be deducted from the refund amount.
16. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
17. In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.
18. In no event, the entire liability of ADL under this Offer shall exceed the Offer amount under this Offer.
19. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
20. The offer discount is completely optional and is chosen by the Customer at his/her own discretion. Any person availing this offer discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
21. By opting for this offer, every Customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that the Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such Customer’s own act of omission or commission.
22. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
