  • Up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the train from its origin station, RAC tickets may be cancelled.
  • If the RAC ticket is cancelled as described above, 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, there would, under normal operating conditions, be no reimbursement.
  • The reimbursement of the fare will be given to the user's account if the RAC is an electronic ticket, which can only be cancelled online.
  • No cancellation fee is levied and the whole ticket is reimbursed to the user if the trip is abandoned because the train left more than three hours after its planned departure.
At least two hours before the train is due to leave the originating station, the final booking chart will be prepared. The chart may, however, be prepared as early as 4 hours before the anticipated departure if the train is due to leave in the wee hours of the morning or early in the morning.
