Go to Adani One platform and go to ‘Cab Booking’. Select the pick-up location, destination and pick-up time. Enter the details, confirm, make a payment, and your booking is confirmed. You will receive an OTP and boarding details before your ride starts. On boarding the cab, you will need to share the OTP with the driver to start the ride.

Adani One doesn’t support cash payments. You can only book your cab by making online payment through a credit/debit card, net banking, wallet or UPI. In case of additional distance travelled, you will have to make payment directly to driver.

It’s easy to cancel your cab booking on Adani One platform. Follow these simple steps, and your booking cancellation is through. Here's how:
  • Log in to your Adani One account if you aren't already signed in.
  • Go to Orders & Bookings. All your upcoming trips are listed. Identify the booking you want to cancel.
  • Hit 'Cancel Booking' on the trip details page.
  • Review and confirm your cancellation.
  • That's all – your ride is cancelled. You will receive the refund within 10 business days. For more details, please check the cancellation policy applicable for your booking.
