Group Flight Booking FAQs

Group Flight Booking is a service available for those travelling as a group of ten or more fliers. By opting for this, you get additional benefits of choosing your preferred flights/airlines, flexibility in your domestic flight booking and international flight booking, and getting the best deals on them as per your group’s needs.

A minimum of ten travellers are required to avail Group Flight Booking online.

To make a Group Flight Booking, start by entering your departure and destination cities, select dates, trip type, and traveller count. Next, you can select up to five flights/airlines and your preferred time slots. Once you submit your request, we come back to you with the best deal for your chosen flight on your registered email ID, and get your confirmation. Once you pay through a payment link that is sent to you, you get a confirmation email and SMS on your registered details. You can choose to pay up to just 25% to hold your booking and pay the rest up to twenty one days before departure. You also have the flexibility to add the names of some travellers while booking, and the remaining up to seven days before departure. T&C apply.

While there are currently no offers specific to Group Flight Booking, there are multiple offers running for Adani One’s airport services for flight booking offers, discounts on cabs, Duty Free shopping, and Pranaam Meet and Greet Service, among others, all of which can be explored on the Offers page.

No, once your flight ticket booking is confirmed you can’t change the destination of your trip. You will have to cancel your existing booking and rebook for the other destination.

You can book a maximum of ninety-nine seats at once online, adults and children combined. Please note that this does not include infants. In case you need to book for more than ninety-nine travellers, you will have to make a new booking for the additional travellers. However, please note that this is applicable to availability from airlines.

Currently, Adani One does not have a loyalty program for Group Flight Booking.

In such a scenario, you will receive an email from us with the booking ID. You can call our customer care and quote the booking ID, and you will be informed of your booking confirmation status. If your booking is not confirmed, your booking will be cancelled, and the refund will be initiated. Once this is done, you can go ahead and make a new booking.

You will receive your group flight confirmation through SMS or email from Adani One. The confirmation email sent by us gives a detailed account of your Group Flight Booking.

Adani One doesn’t pre-assign seats. Some airlines assign seats beforehand, and some don’t. It is advisable to contact your airline to check the same. In most cases, you can choose your seat during web check-in. Please note that some of these seats may come with an additional cost.

Currently, Adani One app/web doesn’t support web check-in. However, we send reminders to web check-in 48 hours prior to your flight. You must go to your airline’s website directly and complete your web check-in process.

You will receive your e-ticket details on the email address you shared with us while making a flight ticket booking.

Currently, Adani One app/web does not provide a boarding pass for your e-ticket. Please visit your respective airline’s website and web check-in to obtain the boarding pass. Please note that you will be asked to choose a seat during this process. The airlines usually assign seats, with an option to pick one as per your preference. Specific seats come with an additional cost.

Currently, Adani One app/web doesn’t support updating your contact details. You will have to create a fresh account with the new number.

Excess baggage allowance is not applicable for Group Flight Bookings.

A child cannot be added to an existing reservation. You will need to book a separate ticket for your child with the airline directly.

You can call your respective airline to check if they take change of name requests. Most airlines entertain such requests. However, if they don’t allow it, you’ll have to cancel and rebook the ticket.

You can add the final names to your Group Flight Booking until seven days before your departure date.

Yes. You just have to enter the passenger’s details in the ‘Traveller Details’ section at the time of booking.

In case you wish to cancel your Group Flight Booking, then you may connect with us via call or email and share the booking ID along with your reason for cancellation (partial or full). We will then reach out to your airline for the cancellation request. You will get an email once the refund is processed, which should be credited to your account within 10 business days.

In case the flight is cancelled by the airline itself, you will get a notification from the airline. In case there is no notification, you may reach out to us support@adanione.com .

Yes. You can cancel the flight booking for a single passenger from your Group Flight Booking on Adani One app/web. Just log in to your Adani One account if you aren’t already signed in. Fill in your registered mobile number and log in via the OTP process. Go to Orders & Bookings and find all your upcoming trips listed there. Identify the booking you want to cancel. Hit 'Cancellation' on the trip details page. Select the checkbox against the passenger you want to cancel and click on 'Review Cancellation'. Reconfirm the passengers and your cancellation is done.

You can cancel your Group Flight Booking no later than 3 hours before the time of departure with Adani One. If you need to cancel your booking within 3 hours of the flight departure, you need to contact the airline directly for cancellation and then visit Adani One for cancelling your booking in the system.

We are sorry for the inconvenience! If 10 days have not elapsed since the cancellation, we suggest you wait for the amount to be reflected in your payment source. If it is over 10 days, please contact your bank to check the status. On Adani One web/app, we accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, wallet and net banking.

Adani One app/web does not accept payment in foreign currencies.

Adani One app/web doesn’t support No Show Tax Refund. Please connect with your respective airline for information about the same.

Currently, Adani One app/web doesn’t support group flight re-scheduling on the platform. However, you can call our customer care on +1800-572-111111 or drop your request at support@adanione.com  for assistance in rescheduling your flight.  

You cannot make changes to your Group Flight Booking on Adani One app/web. In case you want to make any modifications reach out to the airline.

If you have not received your boarding pass after the web check-in, please contact your respective airline for assistance.

Group Flight Booking with Adani One comes with multiple benefits. By opting for this, you get additional benefits of choosing your preferred flights/airlines, flexibility in your booking, and getting the best deals on them as per your group’s needs.

Partial payment is a feature of Adani One Group Flight Booking where you can choose to hold your booking with us by paying just up to 25% of the total fare. You can pay the rest up to twenty one days before departure. T&C apply.

Yes, the group can reach out to their respective airline to request meals.

Cancellation charges depend on various factors such as the date of cancellation. You can reach out to your airline to know the details.

Yes, you can book travel for infants under two years of age on Adani One app/web for your Group Flight Booking. You can’t book more than one infant per adult. Each infant must be accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years old). Please don’t forget to carry valid documents for proof of age.
