Some of the delicacies you must try your hands and lens on are Gujarati thali, which includes various dishes, such as dal, kadhi, rice, vegetables, and sweet dishes. Kutchi Dabeli is another popular street food in the Kutch region that you must try. Bhakri is a flatbread made with millet flour that you can enjoy with vegetables or curries. Don't miss bajre ka rotla which is another type of flatbread made with pearl millet flour that is usually served with ghee and garlic chutney.
