The global COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the way we live our lives, including how we travel by air. Please read these instructions carefully before you begin your journey from home, so you know what to expect when you get to the airport. We have put in place several measures to keep you and our staff safe.

Before you begin your journey

  • Please do NOT travel if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 (high temperature, persistent cough, loss of taste or smell).
  • Check the status of your flight with your airline as some flight schedules are still subject to change.
  • Make sure you check the latest government advice regarding travel to your destination and any requirements for returning passengers, such as quarantine once you reach your destination.
  • Please carry your vaccination certificates.

While you are at the airport:

  • Please wear masks at all times.
  • Adhere to the social distancing guidelines and COVID-19 related safety protocols.
  • Please wash your hands regularly. Additionally, hand sanitizing booths have been installed across the airport, at various locations, for your use.
  • Temperature checks will be carried out before you enter the terminal building. Please cooperate with the authorities for them same.

Yes, a COVID-19 testing facility is available at the Mumbai Airport. COVID-19 Testing facility details:
Location- At CSMIA in the international arrival concourse and the pre-immigration area.
Number of registration counters- 06
Number of sampling booths- 03
Name of designated COVID-19 testing laboratory- Lifenity (ICMR approved and NABL accredited lab)
Sample processing capacity of the lab- 4000 samples / 24hrs as on date.
Yes, it is mandatory to download the Aarogya Setu application on your mobile device as some states have specific COVID-19 regulations. The Aarogya Setu app also allows you to access your vaccination certificate.
Answer- You can proceed to book your flight tickets the same way you always did. However, web check-ins have been made compulsory for all passengers until further notice. To web check-in, go to your airline’s website, select web check-in, enter your ticket/PNR number, and your last name.
