Special Assistance

At most of the airports whether you are taking a domestic or an international flight, there are a range of special assistance services to ensure that air travel is accessible and stress-free to everyone, including specially-abled passengers.  

To request special airport assistance, passengers should inform the airline of their needs at the time of flight ticket booking or at least 48 hours before their flight and also arrive early on the day of travel. The airline will then make arrangements with us to ensure that the passenger's travel experience is comfortable and stress-free. 

Special assistance services

These services include wheelchair service at the airport, assistance with boarding and deplaning, priority boarding, help with luggage, and special seating accommodations. 

Senior citizen airport assistance 

Special flight assistance for elderly passengers includes a variety of services such as airport wheelchair assistance, escort services, priority boarding, baggage assistance, special seating, etc.

Travellers with special abilities 

Apart from priority boarding, help is provided to the specially-abled in boarding and disembarking the aircraft and navigating through the security checkpoints. 

Travelling with Infants 

There are dedicated baby care rooms for mothers to attend to their infants. Please contact airport staff for any assistance, and they will be there to help you out.
