  • Check date availability: Go to the 'My Bookings' section, select your package, and click on 'Redeem' to choose your preferred dates. You can also do this right after voucher purchase on the order confirmation page or by calling the Adani One customer service.
  • Date availability confirmation: After sharing your preferred dates, you will receive an availability status update within 4-6 working hours via email and SMS. The details will also be accessible under the 'My Booking' section. .
  • Booking confirmation request: Upon receiving the availability status, send the booking confirmation request within 4 working hours. You can do this by clicking 'Book' for the available date under the 'My Bookings' section or by contacting Adani One customer service. .
    • Final booking confirmation: Once we receive your booking confirmation request, we will proceed to confirm the booking with the hotel within 24-48 hours. The confirmation details will be available in the 'My Booking' section, and you will be notified via email and SMS. .
