You can cancel your booking up until the hotel's check-in date and time. However, whether your booking can be cancelled for free, partially refunded or non-refundable, it depends entirely on the cancellation policies of the hotel.
For any cancellations requested after the check-in date and time, we highly recommend getting in touch with the Adani One customer support via email at support@adanione.com, or by phone at 1800-572-111111.
Once the booking is confirmed or pending, it’s not possible to make any changes to that booking online. That’s why we advise reviewing your booking details carefully before finalizing the reservation.
