Choose TripSure (“TS”) on the Adani One platform. If your PNR remains waitlisted at the time of chart preparation, Adani One will provide a 2X refund to users who have opted in for TripSure.
The TS will only be valid on PNR that are in the fully waitlisted state after the chart preparation i.e., all passenger(s) in the PNR are waitlisted.
A user can avail TS only on 3 PNRs in a month.
In a single PNR, the ticket will be considered as Confirmed, if:
TripSure Fee (“TS Fee”) will apply to each passenger in a single Passenger Name Record (“PNR”).
After opting for TS if your PNR remains waitlisted after chart preparation, your Adani Reward Membership Account will be credited with Adani Reward Points equivalent to 2X of the ticket base fare based on the calculation presented in the instance below: For example: If a user paid Rs 1790.4 as the total ticket fare, the fare breakup would be:
Ticket fare: 1715
IRCTC charge: 35.4
Agent commission: 40
PG charge: 0
Now, if the ticket remains waitlisted after chart preparation, a 2X refund will be calculated as 2X refund = 2 * (1715) = 3430.
2X refund shall be calculated exclusive of:
Agent commission
Payment gateway charges;
IRCTC convenience fee; and
Free Cancellation/other ancillaries purchased.
Only train ticket fare will be considered for 2X calculation.
The maximum amount of 2X Adani Reward Points shall not exceed 6,000 Adani Reward Points.
In case, you cancel a waitlisted train ticket before the chart preparation, a refund of the ticket fare as per the Indian Railway norms and you shall not be eligible for the TS. You shall not be eligible for the TS. Furthermore, Adani One shall have the right to deduct the TS fee along with any other applicable charges/fees.
If your ticket gets confirmed and you cancel a confirmed train ticket before the chart preparation, then the cancellation policy of IRCTC will be applicable.
The PNR booking amount will be refunded by the booking operator and a 2X refund of the ticket base fare will be credited to the Adani Reward Membership Account of the user in the form of Adani Reward Points.
The Adani Reward Points will be credited to the Adani Reward Membership Account of the user within 1 day from the date of chart preparation.
The user can use the Adani Reward Points credited to their Adani Reward Membership Account to book flights, buses or cabs to complete their journey.
The TS is applicable and valid only on selected trains/classes.
The TS fee paid for availing of the feature may change depending upon the ticket fare or availability of the ticket.
Full TS Fee will be applicable for a child passenger (5 to 12 years of age), even if their train ticket is booked as No Seat Birth (NOSB).
This Offer is valid on train tickets booked via any train booking app/railway counter tickets but only for selected trains/classes.
Children (aged 0 to 5 years) whose seats are not opted for, while booking train tickets are not eligible for TripSure.
The TS will not be valid in case the train is either diverted or cancelled by IRCTC.
In the case of multiple travellers in a single PNR, if some of the passengers get confirmed/RAC status and others are waitlisted, then the user will not be eligible for Adani Reward Points. Illustration: Raj purchases Trip Assurance for 6 passengers in the waitlisted state in a single PNR through Adani One. Before or at the time of chart preparation, at least one of these tickets got confirmed status. Now, Raj cannot seek Adani Reward Points because all passengers will be eligible for train travel.
The Adani Reward Points shall be governed as per the Adani Rewards Terms and Conditions available on the Adani One platform.
The total amount shown on Adani One may differ from what is shown in the ERS.
Adani One reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/withdraw or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this TS by another offer, whether similar to the TS or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
Adani One is the sole authority for the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. Adani One’s decision on all matters relating to this Offer shall be final.
Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the TS.
Adani One can suspend or discontinue/terminate the TS at any time for any reason at their discretion without any prior notice.
By participating, the user gives Adani One permission to use the customer's name, image and any other details, to promote the TS or Adani One brand name or services.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the TS by the user or travel agent, Adani One reserves the right to deny TS or cancel the booking.
The Adani Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-extendable.
By opting for the TS, you expressly agree that neither Adani Digital Labs Private Limited/ Adani One nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with the TS, that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
Any dispute or claim regarding the TS must be resolved with us directly, and users/customers can connect with us as per the Grievance Policy
The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the Adani One.
The terms and conditions of the train bookings shall be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
All disputes arising out of or in connection to the TS are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram only.
