• These terms are applicable between you and Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (“ADL”/"Adani One", which expression shall mean and include its parent, affiliates, sister concerns, subsidiaries and assigns) if you successfully apply and are issued the Adani One ICICI Bank Credit Card ("Card") by ICICI Bank Limited ("Bank"). The Card is a co-branded credit card issued to the individual’s (“Cardholders”) by the Bank and marketed by both the Bank and Adani One.
• You understand, agree, and acknowledge to adhere to all the terms and conditions.
• Your application for issuance of the Card will be approved or declined by the Bank based on the customary procedures and credit underwriting criteria developed by the Bank. Adani One will have no role and does not make any representations, warranties or guarantees in relation to such approval or decline of the Card application by the Bank.
• Your use of the Card will be governed by the terms and conditions communicated to you by the Bank and any other terms that the Bank may notify from time to time.
• Adani One is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner, the credit transaction or arrangement between you and the Bank. Adani One is not responsible for award of any features and benefits associated with the Card at the time of issuance of the Card by the Bank.
• By using the Card, you fully and unconditionally release and completely discharge Adani One against any claims in connection with the Card, and all such claims (if any) will lie only against the Bank.
• Adani One and the Bank may use your information or data (including personal or sensitive personal data or information) in connection with the services associated with the Card. In this regard, you agree and consent for Adani One to share such data or information with the Bank.
• Adani One will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you on account of the use of the Card, including any fraud or misuse by any third party.
• Adani One will not be held liable for any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Card.
•  Adani One and/or the Bank may communicate with you, through emails or SMS or notifications through websites/mobile applications operated by Adani One or the Bank or any other mode of communication including but not limited to WhatsApp, in connection with use or service of the Card.
•  If you apply for the Card and the Card application is approved (i.e., your Card has been approved by the Bank), you must have an Adani Rewards Membership Account created on Adani One platform (website or mobile app) to redeem or avail the eligible card benefits and its features.
•  In case you have any queries or grievances in relation to the Card or any other matter in relation there to, please contact the Bank and/or Adani One customer support at support@adani.com. For more information, please read [Adani One T&Cs].
•  Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw the benefits mentioned below in these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Adani One can do so any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
•  Adani One is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
•  Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
•  In the event of any misuse or abuse of the benefit(s) by the Cardholder, Adani One reserves the right to deny the benefit(s) or cancel the booking made using such benefit(s).
•  In no event shall the entire liability of Adani One under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
•  Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
•  These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Adani One, to which you agree to by using it and in addition to the conditions applicable on services offered at Adani One. For any inconsistency the aforesaid terms and conditions of Adani One shall prevail. 
•  By opting for any discount/offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such a discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
•  Any discount, benefit, or offer is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing the discount, benefit, offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
•  All bookings are subject to availability and the product and services offered by Adani One are governed by the terms of use prescribed on its site Adani One.com and as amended from time to time.

Benefit Terms and Conditions:

• All benefits will be activated within 48 hours of the statement generation date by the Bank.
• These terms & conditions shall be read in conjunction with Adani One T&Cs and Privacy Policy, Adani One ICICI Bank Co-brand Credit Card T&Cs, ICICI Bank T&Cs to which you agree to by using it and in addition to the conditions applicable on services offered at Adani One. For any inconsistency the aforesaid terms and conditions of Adani One shall prevail.
• Below terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice of Adani One, to which you agree to by continuing to use such benefits.
• In case any booking is made using any discount, benefit, or offer mentioned below and is subsequently being cancelled/modified/rescheduled (as the case may be), the monetary value refunded will be the value of the service at the time of the transaction, i.e. with voucher discount applied. The value for the voucher discount will not be refunded to the Cardholder, since the same was funded by ADL at the very first place.

Reward Point Terms and Conditions

• Cardholder(s) shall qualify to earn Reward Points upon fulfilling the qualifying retail spend transactions criteria, prescribed by the ICICI Bank from time to time. 
• Reward Points earned shall be added to the Primary Cardholder’s Adani Rewards Membership Account within 45 business days of statement generation, as per the existing cycle, provided that the Cardholder’s account is not delinquent or cancelled at the time of such credit.

Adani One ICICI Bank Refer and Earn Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions explain the nature and scope of the relationship between Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (herein referred to as 'ADL' or 'We’ or ‘Our’ or ‘Us’) (as owner and manager for the Referreal Program) and an Adani Rewards Member (as defined herein). These terms and conditions cover limitations and exclusions on the liability of ADL and its partners. Referral Program period: from 16 Sep 2024 (00:00 AM) until 31 March 2025 (11:59 PM) (both dates inclusive).

“Referrer” shall mean an existing Adani One Member who refers his/her family or friend.

• ADL has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the offer or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• The entrants/customers/user/cardholder shall not hold ADL, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which an entrant/customer claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the offer.
• All Referrers hereby declare that they have obtained due consent from Referees to refer their contact details to ADL, and that ADL or its partners may contact them to offer its range of services and products.
• The Referrer shall be solely liable and responsible for the correctness of all information/details pertaining to the Referee.
• The Referrer acknowledges that ADL shall not be in a position to ascertain/ verify such information regarding the Referee and shall not be responsible in any way to any third party for any loss or damage suffered due to such incorrect details.
• Referrer(s) shall be responsible to ADL for any losses or claims that may be occasioned upon ADL in the event that this declaration is found to be untrue and, on any claims, or demands by third parties.
• Nothing contained in these terms and conditions, nor the running of this offer to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on ADL to continue the offer up to, on or after the time the Referral Program period ends.
• Nothing mentioned herein amounts to a commitment or representation from ADL to conduct further such offers in future.
• All entrants/customers/user must agree to the Terms and Conditions at the time they apply for the Credit Card. The terms & conditions of this offer shall be in addition, and not in substitution/ derogation to, the regulatory rules & regulations governing the use of the Credit Card and/or the Adani One platform.
• By applying for Credit Card through this offer, the customer/user shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions contained therein.
• These terms & conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India.
• If in case an application is not approved, the requisite information will be shared with the applicant and Referrer can check status of the same on Adani One platform.

  Sharing of Personal Information between Referrer and Referee:

   

  • As part of this Referral Program, the Referrer being able to receive benefits for successful invitations, the Referee acknowledges, understands and agrees that when he/she accepts the invitation and successfully gets a Credit Card, the Referrer will know that the Referee has got a Credit Card.
  • If the Referee desires to avoid disclosing this Personal Information (contact number or email address), the Referee may choose to apply independently and not respond to an Invitation.
  • Likewise, by sending an Invitation, the Referrer acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Referee will know that the Referree has invited and stands a chance to get benefited.
  • If the Referrer does not desire to disclose this information, he/she should not make an Invitation.
• All the communication related to the card approval or reject reasons will be communicated to the applicant only and will not be sent to the referring customer. Referrer can only check the status of their reference by proactively logging onto Adani One platform..
• Only a successful referral will trigger a communication to the referrer along with the Adani Reward Point credit details.
• Referring Customer(s) and Invitee(s) must be resident of India.
• Referrer, by making this Invitation to others, agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions.
• The Referree, by responding to an invitation agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions.
• The Referee should apply for a Credit Card with the same link as referred by the Referrer. If the Referree registers for a Credit Card with any other link then we cannot track this referral and no benefit will be given.
• When more than one Referrer refers the same Referee, and the Referee accepts more than one invitation, then the Referrer whose invitation was sent first to the common Referee, will be granted the benefit(s).
• ADL may change, suspend, or modify the Invitation or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• If the invitation and/or anything to be done by ADL or any other entity in respect of the invitation is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of ADL or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of ADL or the other entity/ies, then ADL and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequential damages.

Zero Joining Fee with below T&Cs

• Offer Period / Validity: Offer valid on all Credit Card applications from 10th Oct 2024 – 31st Dec 2024.
• Joining fee reversal fulfillment will be done within 45 days from card generation in your first credit card statement for all eligible customers.
• Existing Welcome benefit of Flight voucher will not be applicable for the customers availing this offer.
• The offer can be availed only once, and offer is only applicable for new cards approved during the offer period.
• The offer will only be applicable if the journey has been started from specific QR code only.

• A benefit of 15% Adani Reward Points (up to 1000 Adani Reward Points in a single transaction) will be granted to the customer in additional to 7% Adani Reward Points using his/her Adani One ICICI Bank Credit Card (Signature Card) or 3% (Platinum Card) during the Offer Period (i.e. till 31st December 2024) on shopping at Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai.
• Minimum transaction amount for availing such offer must be INR 500.
• Cardholder can avail this benefit only once a month till the Offer Period ends.
• Benefits will be credited in the form of Adani Reward Points within 45 business days of successful transaction.
• Offer applicable on Adani One ICICI Bank credit card transactions only.
